发展性教师评价及其在教师生涯管理中的应用

【摘要】 教师评价是教育评价的重要组成部分。如何科学地评价教师,促进教师的专业发展,是当前教育改革和发展面临的重要课题。奖惩性评价对教育走向规范做出过较大的贡献,但是随着教师向着专业化发展,这一评价制度暴露出很多弊端;而发展性评价则能够真正促进教师进行自我反思和改进,实现教师的发展目标和自身价值。教师队伍总是由不同的年龄和不同成熟度的教师构成。处在职业生涯的相同阶段的教师因为工作经历,工作要求,和发展目标的相同性而呈现一定的共性特征,从而使得按不同生涯阶段划分而成的教师的专业发展评价具备了可能性。本文探讨了如何在实际的运用中,根据教师生涯发展中三个不同时期,即新任教师、熟练型教师与专家型教师的特点和需求,通过实施发展性教师评价体系来诊断和分析教师具体的教学能力水平,并以科学反馈方式来促进教师对现状的了解以此来推动整个教师专业发展和水平的提高,从而实现教育质量的普遍提升与学生能力的全面发展。

【Abstract】 Teacher evaluation is an important component of the evaluation of education. How to scientifically assess teachers, promote the teachers’professional development and improve the quality of education is the important subject in the currently educational reform and development. In order to promote the development of teachers, one of the important work is to conduct an effective evaluation of teachers. rewards-and-penalties evaluation had made a great contribution to the standardization of our education, but as teachers develop professionally, the disadvantages of rewards-and-penalties is getting obvious; while developmental teacher evaluation can authentically help teachers self-reflect and improve to realize the individual developmental goals and self-value of teachers. Teachers are always made up of people of different ages and degrees of maturity. The teachers of the same professional career period always have characteristics in common because they have similar work experience, the requirements for their work, and developmental aims, which makes it possible to make a research about application of developmental teacher evaluation of different career periods. This study discusses how to conduct developmental teacher evaluation system, diagnosing and analyzing teachers’abilities and levels of their development in detail in the realistic application, according to their characteristics and needs in their three periods of career development: novice teacher, proficient teacher, expert teacher, and in a scientific feedback to help teachers learn better about the situation, thus to promote the professional development and level of the whole teachers staff ,and improve quality of education and develop students’learning abilities.
