【摘要】 苏南是我国经济社会发展较快之地,也是农民工城居子女义务教育问题出现较早、情况较突出的地区。本研究选取苏州市区、太仓、无锡、常州苏南三市四地为调查地点,运用问卷调查与个案访谈相结合的方法,对苏南外来农民工城居子女的义务教育现状进行了描述分析。文章从制度障碍、入学途径、教育接轨、城市差异、社会歧视以及农民工家庭自身等角度全面、深入地剖析了农民工城居子女接受义务教育的影响因素。并在此基础上,有针对性地提出了对策建议,特别是提出了构筑城市中“教育共同体”的思想,对其他城市与地区有积极的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sunan has faster development in China’s economic and society. And it’s also the region where the compulsory education problems of migrant workers’ city habitat children appeared earlier. This paper chooses Suzhou, Taicang, Wuxi and Changzhou as an example. It describes the present situation by the methods of questionnaires and interviews, then analyses the factors from the perspective of system of barriers, entry, the convergence of education, urban differences, social discrimination and their own migrant workers’ families thoroughly. On the base of it, this paper put forward suggestions, and especially devote itself to design the "Community Education" in a city, which can provide positive sense to other cities.更多还原
