基于数据仓库的税务风险预警系统设计与实现

【摘要】 近年来,国家税务部门为了不断适应税务管理新形势的要求,逐步开始采用事前预警机制来加强税务风险防范,减少偷骗税对社会经济发展的影响。为了实现税务风险预警机制,建立风险预警信息系统是十分必要的。本文课题运用数据仓库、OLAP(联机分析处理)多种技术方法开发与实现税务风险预警系统,其主要任务为:一、建立地市级的业务数据仓库,把目前各个应用系统中的异构信息资源进行整合和重新规划,建立综合征管、防伪税控、稽核系统、出口退税、海关票据等信息系统的数据共享平台;二、在已建立的数据仓库基础之上,面向不同的业务主题,建立业务及征管信息分析应用,从而得到有价值的税务预警信息,为国家税务部门提供有效的分析决策和支持。此系统有着广泛的应用领域,在电信、烟草、电力和其它大中型企业中有很好的开发借鉴价值。本文介绍了税务风险预警系统的设计与实现过程,详细阐述了课题涉及的软件开发技术,对税务仓库平台进行了设计,给出了系统实现方案。本文最后还展示了基于数据仓库的税务风险预警系统实现结果,并提出课题的下一步工作方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recently years, in order to continually adapt demands of new situation of tax administration, the national tax department adopts the tax prevising system to strengthen risk prevention type administration to decrease infection to social economic development by tax dodging. In order to realize the tax prevising system, it is necessarily to set up information system of the tax prevising system.The paper applies Data Warehouse, OLAP (on-line analytical processing), methods and techniques to develop and realize the tax prevising system. Main tasks are as followings: 1. setting up area and city grade business data warehouse, conforming and reforming the different configuration information resource in each application system to set up a uniform data platform including the China tax administer information system, the Golden tax audit system, the tax reimbursement for export and customs bills. 2. based on the data warehouse been set up, facing different business theme, setting up information analyzing and applying system of business and imposing and administration to acquire valuable tax prevising information to supply effective analyze, decision and support for national tax department. The system has broad application area and development and reference value in the telecommunication, tobacco, electric power etc industry and other large and middle scale enterprises.The paper introduces designing and realizing process of the tax prevising system, elaborating software development technique concerning the theme, designing tax data warehouse platform, giving realization scheme. In the end, the paper displays the realization result of the tax prevising system based on data warehouse and put forward next working direction of the theme.更多还原
