微波大功率检测系统部件的研制

【摘要】 随着科学技术的高速发展,微波信号的应用越来越广泛,而微波信号的一个重要参数就是其功率的大小,对微波功率的准确测量和控制已经成了微波技术中的一个很重要的部分。因此,研究一个微波功率测试系统有着重要的现实意义。本文主要对微波大功率测试系统作了研究并制定了测试方案,设计了测试系统中需要的微波部件,并对系统进行搭建。本课题的主要工作包括:1.通过对现有微波功率测量技术的分析,根据实际情况,采用二极管检波方法进行测量;分析了检波器的基本理论;设计了检波器电路;使用ADS仿真软件进行仿真并制作了一个微波检波器。2.对波导衰减器进行了分析,设计并制作了一个脊波导衰减器。3.分析了阻抗匹配理论,用四分之一阻抗变换的方法设计了脊波导到微带线的转换器和脊波导到同轴线的转换器。4.设计了信号调理电路,对检波出来的信号进行放大等处理。结果表明,本研究的理论分析正确,提出的测试方案可行,具有一定的实用性。

【Abstract】 As the development of science and technology, microwave signal is used more widely than before, the most important parameter of microwave signal is power. The measurement and control of microwave signal has become the most important part of microwave technology. So it is very important to construct a microwave power testing system.The paper is mainly based on the research of the microwave high-power testing system, and the testing method has been established. Different parts of the microwave testing system have been designed respectively to construct the whole project. A lot of experiments have been carried out to prove the system.The testing system can be divided into the following discussible problems.1.The Modern technology to test microwave are reviewed in this paper. Based on the practical consideration, the method of diode detector has been used to measure the power. After detailed analysis of the fundamental theory about detector and simulated in ADS software, a new detector has successfully been designed2.A double ridge attenuator has been designed and executed according to the analysis of Wave-guide attenuator.3.Impedance match theory is analyzed, and the method of quarter wave impedance match theory is used to design the ridged wave-guide-micro-strip transformer and ridged wave-guide-coaxial transformer.4.A signal conditioning circuit has been designed to magnify the signals that come from the detector.According to our investigation, the correctness of the theory has been proved, and the testing system which is realizable and practicable has been successfully constructed.
