【摘要】 随着我国竞技健美操运动的发展和国际间交往的日益频繁,运动技术水平不断得到提高。尽管我国竞技健美操“混双”在第九届世界锦标赛中已挤入世界前八名,但应看到我国竞技健美操“混双”运动技术水平与世界先进国家之间在难度动作、艺术编排、完成质量等方面仍存有不同程度的差距,要进一步努力提高运动技术水平,赶上世界先进水平,这是迫切需要深入研究的重要课题。本研究选择“对第九届世界健美操锦标赛我国‘混双’竞技水平分析研究”为课题,并以第九届世界健美操锦标赛“混双”前三名代表队为比较研究对象,运用文献资料法、录象分析法、对比分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对我国“混双”与世界前三名代表队在难度动作、艺术编排、完成质量等方面进行深入的比较研究,寻找我国“混双”与世界前三名之间的差距,以利采取措施不断提高运动技术水平。研究结果:(1)在第九届世界健美操锦标赛上我国“混双”取得世界第五名的好成绩,但与世界前三名运动队相比存在一定的差距,与冠军队相比存在明显的差距,需进一步努力提高。(2)我国“混双”运动员在难度动作方面,选择的均衡性差,严重影响了成套动作的艺术评分:特色难度动作少,凸显薄弱;B类难度动作选择只达到最低要求,有潜在的“缺组”危险性;C类难度动作选择的数量过多;难度完成率明显低于世界前三名运动员,显示了我国运动员身体素质不强。(3)我国“混双”在艺术编排方面,整体编排设计与世界竞技健美操编排的发展要求较一致,但过渡与连接动作、托举和配合动作的编排明显缺乏创造性。(4)我国运动员与世界前三名运动员在完成质量方面存在一定的差距,其中难度动作完成质量的差距最大,成套动作的强度、准确性、一致性等方面都存在一定的差距。为此,需采取提高难度动作、增加B组难度动作数量、提高完成质量等针对性地措施,努力提高我国竞技健美操“混双”运动技术水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of aerobic gymnastics of our country and increasing association between International countries, the level of skill is improved gradually. Although the mixed pair of our country had ranked the eighth in 9th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships, there still exists various gap with advanced countries in the areas such as move with difficulty, artistic design, the quality of the move. It is an imperative problem to further improves the level of skill in order to catch up withy the advanced countries. This thesis centers around the topic“Analysis of the Athletics Levels on Mixed Pair of Our Country in 9th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships”, and with the top three teams as the research subject, in order to find the gap between the three top teams and those of our county as well as the measures to improve the level of skill through a comparative study in the move with difficulty, artistic design as well as the quality of move. The main methodology of this thesis comprises data collection, video analysis, comparative analysis, interviews of experts as well as the statistics.The research results: (1) the mixed pair of our country have ranked the fifth in 9th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships. However, there still exists gap with the world top three teams, especial the champion. Further improvement is demanded. (2) The mixed pair of our country, the chosen of the degree of difficulty is not reasonable, which influenced the marks on art; the move with special degree of difficulty is inadequate, which manifests the weakness; the move with the degree of difficulty within the category B can only achieved the lowest level, which will lead to the lack of one of the category; the chosen of the degree of difficulty within the category C is excessive, which shows that the sportsmen of our country have weak physique . (3) The artistic design and the entire design conforms to the development of the world, nevertheless, it lacks creativity in the in the design of the move of transition, connection, holding and cooperation. (4) The sportsmen of our country lag behind those of the three top teams in the quality of moves. Among them, the gap between the achievements of move is the largest. There are also some gaps in the following areas: the strength, the exactness and the coherence of the move. Consequently, it is imperative to improve the move with difficulty, to increase the number of moves with the degree of difficulty within the category B, to improve the quality which help the achievement of move and finally to improve the level of skill of mixed pair in our country.更多还原
