【摘要】 发展观是对社会发展问题的根本观点和总的看法,是对社会发展客观规律的认识和把握。党的十六届三中全会明确提出了以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观。这是在当今深刻变化的国际国内发展形势下,在合理借鉴国内外发展经验教训、理论研究的基础上,立足于我国当代社会主义现代化建设的实践而提出的。科学发展观反映了全面建设小康社会的新要求,是对马克思主义社会发展理论的新发展,是中国共产党执政理念的新飞跃。本文主要研究以科学发展观为指导,如何实现旅游业可持续发展。在发展经济的同时,又保护生态环境,使旅游资源与经济社会能够全面、协调、可持续发展。本文分为发展观的演变、科学发展观对旅游业可持续发展重大指导意义、我国现阶段旅游业发展存在的主要问题及原因分析、旅游业可持续发展的对策四个部分。第一部分,重点论述了关于发展理论的不同观点及其发展演变,发展观在我国的历程;第二部分论述了科学发展观提出的背景和内涵;接着结合旅游业的发展论述了科学发展观对旅游业实现可持续发展的重大意义;第三部分分析了我国旅游业的发展现状及存在问题的原因;最后针对我国旅游业发展现状,以科学发展观为指导,提出实现旅游业可持续发展的对策。科学发展观是坚持以人为本,树立全面发展、协调发展、可持续发展的发展观,坚持科学发展观是促进经济社会和人的全面发展,是全面建设小康社会的必然要求,也是实现现代化建设第三步战略目标的必然要求。本文认为,要实现旅游业可持续发展必须以转变观念为先导;把科学发展观落实到旅游业发展的全过程作为前提;必须在坚持科学发展观的指导下着力处理好人与自然、开发与保护、城市与乡村、政策与舆论、竞争与合作等关系,转变旅游管理、开发、经营中所存在的错误观念。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outlook of development is the fundamental and overall view on the issues of social development, and it is a rational knowledge on the law of the general evolution in social development. The Third Plenary Session of The sixteenth Central Committee clearly developed people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of scientific development concept. It is developed based on our contemporary socialism modermzation drive by reasonably drawing on the lessons of the profound changes in contemporary international and domestic developments. This scientific development concept reflects the new requirement of comprehensive building of All Round-Moderately Well-off Society, and is a new development of the theory of Marxist social development and reign concept of the Communist Party of China. View of development is reorganization and understanding of the regulation to general progress of the society. This thesis focuses on under the guidance of scientific view of Development, how can tourism industry help the economic become prosperity and ecosystem environment.This text is divided into a development view to turn into, scientific development view to tour the industry can keep on the instruction meaning of the development graveness, our country travel currently the industry development existent key problem and reason analysis, travel the industry can keep on the counterplan of development four parts. The first part, the point discussed different standpoint concerning development theories and its development to turn into a development view at our country of process; The second part discussed a science development view to put forward of the background and the content; Combined a development of traveling the industry to discuss a science development view immediately after to tour the industry realization can keep on the great significance of development; The third part analyzed the development present condition of the industry of the our country tour and the reason of the existent problem; Aim at present condition finally, combine a science development view, putting forward a realization tour an industry can keep on the counterplan of development.The science development view is a persistence to make people the center, setting up develop, moderate a development and can keep on the development view of development completely, insist science development view is promote economic society and person of overall development is the inevitable request which constucts a middle-class family society completely, is also the inevitable request which carries out the strategic target of the modernization construction third step.
