【副题名】试论现代商品包装的“适度”性

【摘要】 随着我国社会经济的发展,国际资本的融入,使得现在的商品市场竞争越来越激烈。为摄取消费者的注意力,商家越来越重视商品外包装的延伸功能,并把它作为占领市场的一个重要手段。但由于部分商家为牟取暴利,利用了消费者畸形的消费心理,加之目前相关法律法规不健全,市场调节和政府监控失灵,因此出现了“过度”包装,商品的功能与价值严重失调,引起全社会的普遍关注。“过度”包装破坏了人与自然的和谐关系,违背了节约型社会发展的宗旨,不仅浪费资源,污染环境,侵害消费者利益,而且有悖于中华民族尊崇俭朴的优良品德,恶化社会风气,扰乱市场秩序,严重影响了社会、企业的可持续发展。为解决商品包装的“过度”,就必须依靠全社会的力量,强化意识,转变观念,大力倡导绿色包装。一方面政府要通过立法限制并加以保障,合理界定商品包装的“度”。同时,企业要提高认识,转变包装理念,树立正确的适度包装质量观;设计师要增强人文素养、职业道德和社会责任感;消费者更要树立正确的绿色消费观念。只有这样才能促使包装产业与自然、人类社会和谐发展,从而落实科学发展观,发展循环经济,建设节约型社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developing of China’s social economy and an inflow of international capital, the competition in the commodity market is becoming more and more fierce. To attract consumers, producers pay more and more attention to the outer packing of the commodity, which is an important means of capturing market. Some sellers make "ex-packing" in order to get excessive profits, which causes a serious imbalance between the quality and the cost. We have focused on this problem. The problem of "ex-packing"violates the harmonious relationship between humankind and nature and it disturbs the principles of conservation-oriented society.It is a waste of resources, a kind of environmental pollution; also harmful to consumers’ profits and social conduct.It’s also against our national good virtue of thrift .It disturbs the market order, and affects the constant growth of the society and corporation. To solve this problem, all the social members should enforce the awareness, change the consuming attitude, and violently promote green packing. The government should limit ex-packing and protect consumer through legislation and justifiably define what the "ideal packing" is. Corporations should improve understanding and change the packing concept to build up the proper attitude of moderate packing; designers should enforce their notion of humanity, professional ethics, and social responsibility; consumers should build up the idea of green environmental protection consumption. Only in this way can we promote mutual harmonious development between packing industry and human society, and can we fulfill the scientific concept of development, expand the recycling economy, and construct our conservation-oriented society.更多还原
