论“以人为本”的教育观

On the "People-oriented" Concept of Education

【摘要】 “以人为本”的教育观是“以人为本”的科学发展观在教育领域中的体现和应用。新时期提出的“以人为本”的教育观有其历史和现实意义。目前关于“以人为本”教育观的研究主要集中在“以人为本”教育观的内涵、指导思想、理论渊源,核心内容等几个方面。多采用演绎推理,分析综合的方法来阐述“以人为本”的教育观。但是众多学者对于“以人为本”的教育观涵义的理解还不尽相同,而且对“以人为本”教育观实施存在的困境、原因及有效地落实“以人为本”教育观的研究还不够完善。本人试图从以下三个部分探讨“以人为本”的教育观第一部分“以人为本”的教育观的阐释。首先解释了“以人为本”的涵义,从“以人为本”的涵义演绎到“以人为本”教育观的涵义。其次分析综合学者教授们对“以人为本”教育观涵义的理解。最后梳理“以人为本”教育观的思想渊源,并对比中外人本教育思想的异同。第二部分树立“以人为本”教育观的现实意义。首先分析传统教育观中“人”的缺失的表现及原因,得出“以人为本”教育观是当今教育的必然选择,从三个方面论述“以人为本”教育观的现实意义。第三部分实践“以人为本”教育观的措施。本人从转变教育观念,完善高考制度和用人机制,以及国家加大教育投入三个方面提出了自己的一些建议。

【Abstract】 "People-oriented" education is the concept of "people-oriented" concept of scientific development in the field of education and application of the expression. The new era of "people-oriented" education concept has its historical and realistic significance. Currently on "people-oriented" education of the study focused on "people-oriented" education concept of the meaning, guiding ideology, theory of origins and the core content areas. The study used of interpretation of reasoning, analysis and comprehensive approach to on "people-oriented" outlook on education. But many scholars for "people-oriented" education meaning of the concept of understanding also vary, also for "people-oriented" education of the implementation of the plight of the reasons for and effective implementation of the "people-oriented" education of the study is not yet adequate. I tried to explore from the following three parts of "people-oriented" concept of educationThe first part of "people-oriented" interpretation of the concept of education. The first explain the "people-oriented" meaning, "people-oriented" to interpret the meaning of "people-oriented" concept of the meaning of education. This was followed by comprehensive analysis of professors and scholars of the "people-oriented" education of meaning and understanding. Finally organize a "people-oriented" education of the ideological roots, and contrast Chinese and foreign people thinking of the similarities and differences between the education.The second part of a "people-oriented" education of practical significance. The first of traditional education in the concept of "person" the lack of performance and reasons, that "people-oriented" education concept is an inevitable choice for today’s education, from three areas on a "people-oriented" education of practical significance.The third part of "people-oriented" concept of education measures. I learned from the three aspects of some of their suggestions: changing concepts of education, improving the college entrance examination system and employment mechanism, and the state should increase educational investment.
