大黄黄连泻心汤相关文献研究及其在糖尿病领域的应用

【摘要】 2型糖尿病属于中医学“消渴”范畴,随着社会的发展,糖尿病日益成为严重威胁人类生命与健康的强大杀手。近年来,运用中医中药对糖尿病及其并发症进行干预近年来取得了较大的进展,基于此,本文选择《伤寒论》中大黄黄连泻心汤进行研究并进一步挖掘该方在糖尿病领域的应用价值。本文共分为三大部分,第一部分综述部分,是关于大黄黄连泻心汤的古代文献研究、古现代临床运用及现代药理研究进展;第二部分方证研究部分,是通过对古今医案及现代医学期刊应用大黄黄连泻心汤的180例病案进行统计归纳,找出该方在临床所治疾病的种类,发病的一般情况,用药方法,最典型的舌象、脉象、主要症状及常用剂量、加减用药等。第三部分则在前两部分的基础上,汇集古现代医家对糖尿病病因病机的认识以及辨证论治思想以及导师赵进喜教授论治糖尿病的重要思想,从中进一步挖掘该方在糖尿病领域的应用价值。通过以上三部分的研究,认为大黄黄连泻心汤功用清热泻火降气、祛湿热、下瘀血、凉血止血、泄浊攻毒,药少力专,对热证、血证及浊毒的治疗有着显著优势,因此认为该方在“热”、“瘀”、“毒”三方面对糖尿病及其并发症的治疗及干预有着很广阔的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Type 2 diabetes mellitus is equal to consumptive thirst in TCM.With the development of society,the incidence rate of DM is promoted highly.These years,it has made more and more progress in the treatment and intervention on DM with tranditional Chinese medicine .Based on this case,this article chooses Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction of Shanghanlun written by Zhangzhongjing and excavates its application value in diabetes mellitus fields.This text mainly is constitute of three parts.The first part is review of literature,which collects ancient medical documents and modern clinical documents.The second part is the research on prescriptions corresponding to syndromes of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction .Analysis has been employed to find general conditions and the most important clinical symptoms,typical tongue demonstration and pulse conditions through collecting 180 clinical medical cases from ancient and modern documents.The third part collects views of ancient and modern clinicians about how to differentially treat diabetes mellitus and find the important application value of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on DM fields.Through the research of the three parts abrove,we hold that Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction has great advantages in purging heat of Triple Energizer,promoting blood circulation,removing heat from blood and purging toxin,etc.So differentially treating diabetes mellitus from Heat,Blood Stasis and Toxin pathogenesis is the significance of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction.更多还原
