昆钢绿色制造战略研究

【摘要】 绿色制造有关内容的研究可追溯到20世纪80年代,经过几十年的发展,有关绿色制造的观念已深入人心,绿色制造战略已得到企业的普遍重视,并且在我国得到空前的重视和发展。本文以昆钢集团的绿色制造战略研究为题,在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上,综合运用多种理论,采用了定性分析、理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,分析了昆钢实施绿色制造战略的原因:昆钢实施绿色制造的基础,昆钢绿色制造战略的研究以及对昆钢实施绿色制造战略的展望,通过对昆钢实施绿色制造战略的分析,我们从中可以看到昆钢只有走循环经济为基础的绿色制造战略才能实现可持续发展,才能增强国际竞争力,才能在国际竞争的舞台上走出一条属于自己的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research that is oriented in green manufacturing dates back to the 1980s’. Through decades of development, the concept of green manufacturing has been widely accepted. Extensive attention is given to the green manufacturing strategy in enterprises. Unprecedented importance is attached to it and it has been greatly developed.This dissertation focuses on the research of green manufacturing strategy in Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co. Ltd. By integrating many different theories and adopting a combination of qualitative, theoretical and empirical analyses, the dissertation looks into the causes for the Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co. Ltd. to adopt the green manufacturing strategy: the basis of the implementation of the strategy, the research on the strategy, and an outlook on its implementation. Through the analyses of the implementation of the green manufacturing strategy in the Company, it can be seen that the Company can develop sustainably, strengthen its international competitiveness and set out on a distinctive road of its own on the stage of international competition, by adopting a green manufacturing strategy based on recycle economy.更多还原
