【摘要】 企业竞争情报系统是企业在经济全球化、网络化、信息化和知识化形势下的产物。企业竞争情报系统的建设是企业信息化的重要内容,是竞争情报工作的组织保障和物质基础,其运行状况直接影响着企业未来的发展。近年来,建筑业已成为我国经济发展的第四大支柱行业,云南省在大力发展工业的同时也加大了工业基础建设的投入,这给云南建工安装股份有限公司带来了机遇和挑战。这正催化着我省建筑业企业竞争情报业的起步和发展,企业竞争情报系统的建设已经引起越来越多企业的关注。本文首先探讨了竞争情报和竞争情报系统的理论知识,在总结国内外建设竞争情报系统经验的基础上,结合云南建工安装股份有限公司的实际情况,构筑起具有三大网络、三个系统、一个中心和五个功能的竞争情报系统。它将组织网络、信息网络和人际网络,人工与机助,信息网络与企业信息化平台,情报保障和智力支持结合起来,具有一定的先进性和实用性。可以为我国建筑业企业竞争情报系统的建设提供有益的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The competitive intelligence system of enterprises is produced under conditions of economic globalization, networking, informatization, and the demand for knowledge. The construction of the competitive intelligence system of enterprises is very important for the enterprise informatization, and it is the guarantee and material basis for the organization of competitive intelligence, which directly influence future development of the enterprises. In recent years, building industry has become the fourth biggest mainstay industry in the economic development in our country. As industry is energetically advanced in Yunnan Province, the construction of industrial infrastructure is increasingly reinforced as well. These bring opportunities and challenges to Yunnan Incorporated Company of Building Enigineering Installation, and will arouse the start and development of the competitive intelligence system in building industry enterprises. Nowadays, more and more companies attach great importance to the construction of the competitive intelligence system . This paper begins with the theoretical knowledge of competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence system. On the basis of summarizing the foreign and domestic constructing experience and in the light of practical conditions of Yunnan Incorporated Company of Building Engineering Installation, the writer attempts to build a competitive intelligence system composed of three main networks, three systems , one center and five functions. It combines organizing network and information network with interpersonal relationship network, manual work with computer aid, information network with business informatization platform, and intelligence guarantee with intellect support, representing the progress and practicability to a certain degree.
