建筑地基基础工程造价管理研究

【摘要】 伴随着我国建筑地基基础工程事业的飞速发展,与建筑地基基础工程事业密切相关的建筑地基基础工程造价管理工作也越来越显示出重要作用。如何做好建筑地基基础工程投资分析决策、优化地基基础工程设计、合理确定地基基础工程造价、有效控制地基基础工程造价、是我国建筑地基基础工程造价管理所要解决的主要问题。本文首先对建筑地基基础工程造价管理的相关理论及内容进行了阐述。建筑地基基础工程造价管理就是对建筑地基基础工程造价的合理确定和有效控制。建筑地基基础工程造价管理具有多主体性、多阶段性、动态性及系统性特点。针对建筑地基基础工程造价的影响因素,提出了控制建筑地基基础工程造价的措施。根据工程建设的关键性阶段分别对建筑地基基础工程的勘察、设计、施工进行造价管理研究。本文在借鉴、吸收、消化建设项目造价管理的理论及方法的基础上,结合建筑地基基础工程的特点,以理论论证与实证分析相结合的方法,对建筑地基基础工程造价管理的重要性作了分析与评价,对建筑地基基础工程造价管理的理论、方法作了探讨与研究,并指出对建筑地基基础工程造价要进行科学、有效的管理。对于建筑地基基础工程勘察造价管理强调对其进行全过程、全方位、多层次的管理,同时要加强勘察造价资料的积累与应用,从而有效的确定与控制勘察造价。并通过调查的实例来反映建筑地基基础工程勘察对建筑地基基础工程造价的影响,体现了建筑地基基础工程勘察的重要性,以及各单位对其进行造价管理的必要性。此外,还着重介绍了在建筑地基基础工程设计造价管理中应用价值工程进行设计方案优选,以及在建筑地基基础工程施工造价管理中采用层次分析法进行地基基础工程施工中新技术应用风险分析。并通过案例来分析如何利用价值法进行建筑地基基础设计方案优化以及如何辨识、估计、评价、应对建筑地基基础工程施工中新技术应用的风险,从而更好地进行建筑地基基础工程造价管理。更多还原
