单层柱面网壳结构动力性能分析

【摘要】 众所周知,现在大跨结构中,网壳结构相对于其他空间结构,由于其力学的合理性与生产的经济性很好的结合到了一起,加工可以标准化、规格化;其轻型化的特征为材料运输、安装施工等带来了极大方便;设计手段方法相对于其他空间结构都已比较成熟,这些都决定了网壳结构相对于其他空间结构应用更多,更广。目前关于网壳结构的静力稳定问题已经得到了很好解决,然而针对其动力性能研究还不完善,对其抗震性能的研究还不够,特别是单层柱面网壳。基于此类原因,本文在大量数值分析的基础上,对单层柱面网壳的自振特性以及其抗震性能进行了一定研究。首先,在查阅大量国内外相关文献资料的基础上,简单回顾了网壳结构的发展、国内外研究现状及其在工程实践中的应用情况;简介了本文的单层柱面网壳结构的课题背景、国内外研究现状及工程应用情况,并明确了本文的主要研究内容。其次,介绍了单层柱面网壳结构的有限元基本方程及非线性方程组求解方法。以及简单介绍了ANSYS分析软件特点以及其中各单元特性。概括了现有成熟的单层柱面网壳静力特性。为后继分析结构的动力性能,奠定基础。接着,采用结构动力学理论以及子空间迭代法对单层柱面网壳结构进行自振特性分析,了解了单层柱面网壳结构各阶频率及对应的振型以及结构各向刚度分布的情况,掌握了单层柱面网壳结构的基本白振特性。研究了矢跨比、屋面质量、长跨比、跨度等不同参数对单层柱面网壳结构自振特性的影响,分析了单层柱面网壳结构的频率和对应的振型在不同参数下的变化情况以及其质量和刚度是否匹配的问题。然后,利用空间多维地震振型分解反应谱法研究了单层柱面网壳结构在多遇地震下的抗震性能问题,分析了单层柱面网壳结构节点的位移时程曲线。主要采用时间历程分析法对单层柱面网壳结构进行动力分析,并讨论和分析矢跨比、屋面质量、长跨比、跨度等对单层柱面网壳结构各方向动内力的影响以及结构的动内力和动位移在不同参数下的变化情况。通过对单层柱面网壳结构体系在地震作用下的受力性能作了较深入的研究,从而得出一些有益于结构设计的结论。最后,在对单层柱面网壳结构进行系统研究和分析的基础上,对该结构的动力性能做出了评定,并对全文的研究工作进行了总结,对需要改进之处以及今后须进一步开展的研究工作提出了建议。

【Abstract】 As we know,among the long-span spatial structures , the grid shell structure has many advantages compared to the other spatial structure.The processing can be.standardized.and.normalized.because.the.combination.of. The.reasonableness of mechanics and the economy production.The characteristics of light make materials transport and installation convenient. This structure has more wider application than the others because of more mature design tools. At present,the static stability problem of spatial structure has been well solved,but the research about dynamic properties and seismic performance is imperfect,especially about single-layered cylindrical grid shell.So this paper does some research about the vibration characteristics and seismic performance on the base of numerical analysis.Firstly, on the basis of wide-range reading of relevant internal and foreign documentation datum about the grid shell structures, this paper looks back and summarize systematically developed history、researching present status and the application about engineering experience of the Hybrid-structure. This paper also introduces background of the single-layered Cylindrical Grid Shell, researching present status and the application about engineering experience of the single-layered cylindrical grid shell. Then the main contents are pointed out.Secondary, the finite element equation of the single-layered cylindrical grid shell is established and the choices about solving means of nonlinear system of equations are introduced in this paper. This paper also introduces the features of the ANSYS analytical software and the characteristics of the elements .It also summarizes the static characteristics of the mature single-layered cylindrical grid shells,laying the foundation of the subsequent analysis of the dynamic properties of the structure.Subsequently, finite element analysis of auto oscillation characteristics of the top structure is analyzed by use of structural dynamic theory and subspace method. Structural frequency, corresponding vibration shapes, stiffness distribution and basic auto oscillation characteristics of the top structure are ascertained and grasped. The influence on structural auto oscillation characteristics of different parameters(these parameters include vector cross-over, roof quality,long-span ratiao,span) and change condition of frequency and corresponding vibration shapes are researched and analyzed. Then, shock-resistant capability of the top structure is researched by use of the spatial multi earthquake modal response spectrum theory.The theory also analyzes node time-displacement curve.Mainly by the time-course analysis,to do dynamic analysis about the single-layered cylindrical grid shell structure.And it also discusses and analyzes the changes of the parameters (inclding vector cross-over, roof quality,long-span ratiaoand span ) in the different direction of dynamic internal force,and the changes about the moving internal forces and displacement in the different parameters.By doing more in-depth studies about the force Performance under the seismic behavior in this structured concludes something benefits structuredesign.Ultimately, the conclusions of static and dynamic capability are drawn on the basis of analysis and research about single-layered cylindrical grid shell and the recommendation and perspectives are put forward.
