【摘要】 本文从配料控制系统的结构、配料控制系统的精度分析、配料控制系统的硬软件设计等几个方面论述了基于现场总线(FCS)的配料控制系统的设计与研制。配料控制系统是配料工艺过程控制和质量控制的关键环节之一,同时也是实现生产过程自动化、企业科学管理化、安全稳定生产和节能降耗的重要技术手段。配料控制系统在生产中的应用不仅可以提高配料质量和产量,也大大减轻了岗位工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。因此,优化设计研制技术先进、设备成熟、经济实用的配料生产自动控制系统也至关重要。本文所述控制系统在现有多种配料控制系统的基础上,应用工控技术、现场总线技术、数据库技术设计的中央集控系统,它是由一台主机、一台可编程控制器和多台终端触摸屏通过现场总线联结起来,主机参与对各对象的直接控制和监控,并且把配料生产、现场设备的运行情况显示于终端触摸屏,现场操作人员可以通过触摸屏与中控室交互。可编程控制器作为系统的核心,承担着整个工厂设备的控制、通讯等功能。经过现场运行表明该系统具有界面友好、运行稳定等优点,达到了预定目标。系统不仅可以应用在预混料生产行业中,对冶金、化工、粮食、水泥、医药等行业的计量与配料控制也具有重要参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text has made a discussion of fieldbus control technology application in computer mixture system which based on Profibus-DP from some facts such as the main system structure,precision analysis,hardware and software design.The mixure system is the kernel of factory process control system,meanwhile it’s the technique means of business enterprise science management,safety stability produce and energy consume decline.The system application result in exaltation of anticipate quality and produce efficiency as well as decline of labor work strength.Therefore,it is vital importance to design a technique mature,economy practically auto control system.This is a central supervise system with application of database technique, industry control,fieldbus technique which bases on various mix control system.The constitution is one IPC,one PLC and lots of terminal touch-panel which connected by fieldbus.The host computer participate in direct supervision and production and display the status of running equipments on the terminal touch panel.The local operator can communicate with central control room through touch panel.The programmable controller is the core of system and undertake functions,such as the whole control of factory equipments and communication...etc.The system has been proved that interface friendly and stability as prospective.
