【摘要】 构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务,体现了包括妇女在内的广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。推动和保障妇女平等地参与发展是落实科学发展观的内在要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的本质要求。妇女占人口总数的一半,是社会主义市场经济的建设者、社会主义民主政治的参与者、社会主义先进文化的创造者和传播者,是经济、社会发展和“三个文明”建设不可或缺的重要力量,必将在构建和谐社会主义社会中发挥不可替代的重要作用。本文采用文献研究法、比较研究法、调查研究法和经验总结法相结合的研究方法,首先探讨了妇女在构建社会主义和谐社会中的重要作用,指出妇女是推动和谐社会建设的重要力量,妇女发展是构建和谐社会的必要条件,没有妇女的发展就没有社会的和谐进步。其次,在总结回顾我国改革开放以来,妇女发展取得举世瞩目巨大成就的同时,客观分析了妇女的就业状况、受教育状况、参政状况、权利现状以及在婚姻家庭中的地位,指出了影响妇女在构建和谐社会中发挥作用的主要因素并进行了成因分析。最后,针对如何发挥妇女在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用,提出了8个方面的具体建议:强化政府推进妇女发展的责任和职能,保障妇女平等参与经济发展,提高妇女的科学文化素质,提高妇女依法管理国家和社会事务的能力和水平,确保妇女各项法律权利得到实现,提高妇女的健康水平,优化妇女全面发展的社会环境,充分发挥妇联组织在推动妇女发展中的职能作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of a harmonious socialistic society,is one of our party‘s most significant duty which is raised under the precondition of forming a comprehensively constructed well-off society, and founding a new era with Chinese-characteristic socialism. It reflects the great mass, including women’s basic benefit and common will. It is the intrinsic requests for carry out scientific development view as to impel and ensure woman’s equal rights of participation and development, also is the essential request of forming a harmonious socialistic society.The woman, counts for half of the gross population, is the erector of socialistic market economy,the participant of socialistic democracy, the former and disseminator of advanced socialistic culture, and is the indispensable important strength for the construction of economy, social development and“three civilizations”. They will certainly play a vital role in constructing a harmonious socialistic society which cannot be substituted.This article combines the literature methodology, the comparison methodology,the investigation methodology and the experience summarization methodology to firstly discuss woman’s vital role in construct harmonious socialistic society,points out that woman and are the important strength and necessary condition to construct and impel harmonious society,a society cannot be harmoniously progressed if without woman’s development. Secondly, by summarizing and reviewing woman’s development and world-wide achievement ever since our country’s renovation, the article has also analyzed woman’s employment condition, education condition, suffrage condition, lawful rights condition and marital status, thus points out the main factor which influencing woman’s role in society construction, and carries out analysis.Finally, the article has proposed 8 suggestions on how to exert woman’s effects in constructing socialistic society,they are:strengthen government’s responsibility and function on impelling woman developments,ensure woman could equality participate economy development,improve woman’s culture diathesis, enhance woman’s ability to legally manage national and social affairs,ensure woman‘s every lawful right to be realized, raise woman’s health standard, optimize social environment for woman’s full development, and ensure Women’s Federation exert its full function on impelling woman’s developments.更多还原
