基于恒流量压差法的油液污染在线监测系统研究

【摘要】 为了解决液压设备的实时现场监测与故障诊断问题,研制新型在线油液监测系统成为设备监测技术研究与开发的热点。文中在系统地分析油液监测技术、发展背景的基础上,介绍了国内外在线油液监测技术的研究现状,提出了实施在线监测的必要性,确定了论文的研究内容。本课题通过对有关油液污染控制理论和油液污染在线监测装置的研究和分析,将特制滤膜作为敏感元件用于本油液污染监测系统,以恒流量压差法为技术原理,对在线油液监测系统和信号的处理硬件进行了选择和设计。论文对油液污染控制理论和油液污染在线监测装置进行研究和分析,提出了基于恒流量压差法的测量法,在保证流量恒定的情况下,测量某一时间段内油液通过滤膜时产生的压差来间接测量出油液的污染度;并且确定了油液污染度在线监测系统的总体设计方案,对油液污染度在线监测系统的工作原理进行了论述,对主要的元件进行了设计和选型。本文把虚拟仪器与数据采集相结合,用LabVIEW设计了对压力信号进行数据采集分析的标定系统。介绍了虚拟仪器的发展及其突出特点。论文的最后对全文进行了总结,并指出了进一步的研究方向与内容。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis problems of the liquid presses equipments, development of on-line oil monitoring system is becoming very important in the area of condition monitoring. Based on the analysis of oil monitoring technology background systemically, the dissertation introduces development of on-line monitoring instrument and its engineering application, outlines the necessity of this instrument and decides research contents.This topic pass to relevant the oil liquid pollute control theories and oil liquid to pollute the research that the on-line monitor equip and analyze, filter specially made a film to be used as a sensitive component to used for the monitor system of this oil liquid pollution, with the constant discharge press bad method for technique principle, monitored the processing hardware of system and signal to carry on choice and design to the on-line oil liquid.The thesis controls theories and oil liquid to pollute on-line monitor device to carry on study and analyzes to the oil liquid pollution, put forward to press a diagraph method of differ the method according to the constant discharge and measure under assurance the circumstance that constant discharge settle some at that time oil liquid inside the segment pass to filter a film creation of press to differ indirectly measure the pollution of an oil liquid; And make sure the oil liquid pollution on-line monitor system of total design project, on-line to oil liquid pollution monitored the work principle of system to carry on treatise, carried on a design and choose a type to the main component.This text collects the virtual instrument and the data to combine together and designed with the LabVIEW to the pressure signal to carry on a data to collect an analytical mark to settle system. Introduced conjecture instrument of development and it outstanding characteristics. Finally all the work of this dissertation is summarized and the future research work is prospected.
