变风量空调变露点温度送风及控制研究

【摘要】 暖通空调(HVAC)自控系统是楼宇自动化中最重要的系统。从节能和提高室内环境质量的角度来看,楼宇自动化在暖通空调中占有越来越重要的作用。因此,采用有效的空气调节方式对智能建筑中的能量管理控制(energy management control,EMC),空气品质控制具有重要意义。目前,变风量(variable air volume,VAV)空调系统以其巨大的节能潜力逐渐成为国内外空调系统的主流。为了更好的将变风量空调应用于实际工程中,论文主要做了以下一些工作:首先通过分析变风量空调湿度控制精度低的直接原因,经过数值计算分析,确立了变露点控制的变风量空调系统,从理论上分析了该方法的有效性及可行性;并建立了露点温度预测的Elman神经网络模型,通过实验说明,该预测方法可以很好的预测变风量空调系统中未来时刻的最佳露点温度值,为变风量空调系统变露点温度的控制提供了可能。为了从控制的角度来真正解决变露点温度的控制,实现温湿度控制精度的提高,论文通过系统辨识的方法,建立了水阀—送风温度之间的传递函数,验证了变露点温度控制的可行性及提高温湿度精度的有效性,论文通过实验的方法,再次证明了变露点温度控制不仅可以很好的提高室内的温湿度控制精度,还从分析的角度验证了该方法可以很好的节约能量,实现能量的合理利用。最后,为了更好的控制变风量空调中的露点温度,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的PID控制算法,通过仿真实验进一步说明了该控制算法和PID控制算法相比具有很好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Heating,ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC)control systems are the most important part in the building automation systems(BAS),especially from the viewpoint of saving energy and improving the indoor air quality.Building automation systems (BAS)will become more and more important in heating,ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC).So it is very significant to adopt the efficient air conditioning methods to manage the energy management control(EMC)of intelligent building.At present,variable air volume(VAV)air-conditioning system is the mainstream of the whole air conditioning system in china and abroad because of its large energy conservation.To make use of variable air volume(VAV)air-conditioning system in factual engineering,some works have been done below.First,analyze the direct reason of variable air volume(VAV)air-conditioning system for it can not enhance relative humidity’s precision.Through calculating, establish changing dew-point temperature VAV system.From theoretical analysis we can learn that the method is effective and feasible.Establish Elman neural network model for dew-point temperature forecast.Experiment shows that this way can best forecast dew-point temperature for variable air volume(VAV)air-conditioning system, which paves the way for the approach of changing dew-point temperature for variable air volume(VAV)air-conditioning system.To solve the control problem for changing dew-point temperature from the point of view of control and to improve the control precision of relative humidity and temperature,System identification method has been adopted,by which establish the transfer function for Valve- supply air temperature,prove the feasibility of the control for changing dew-point temperature and improve the efficiency of the precision of relative humidity.Changing dew-point temperature not only can improve the control precision of relative humidity,but also can save energy proved by energy analysis which can make the rational use of the energy. Finally,to control the dew-point temperature for variable air volume(VAV) air-conditioning system,a PID Control arithmetic based on BP Neural Network has been adopted.Simulation shows that PID Control arithmetic based on BP Neural Network has a better control effect than PID Control arithmetic.
