高强冷弯薄壁型钢双面覆板墙体立柱轴压性能试验研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着轻钢结构体系的迅速发展,高强冷弯薄壁型钢在国外实际工程中得到了推广和应用,如澳洲各国在低层冷弯型钢住宅体系中采用名义屈服强度高达550MPa的高强冷弯薄壁型钢且获得了良好的经济效益。鉴于高强冷弯薄壁型钢优良的结构性能,我国也开始对高强钢材的受力性能和应用进行研究。本文通过对6根高强冷弯薄壁型钢双面覆板墙体立柱进行足尺轴压试验,得到了立柱的极限承载力和破坏模态,以此作为立柱理论分析的重要依据。根据试验实际,本文利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了墙体立柱分析模型,在有限元分析模型充分得到试验验证的情况下,对影响墙体立柱轴压承载力的立柱间距、石膏板厚度、墙面板的类型、钢板接缝、螺钉间距和拉条等因素进行了参数分析,得出了一些有益结论,可供设计参考。本文在分析试验现象和有限元破坏模式的基础上,按照中国规范GB50018-2002取计算长度分别为两倍螺钉间距和单倍螺钉间距进行了立柱的稳定承载力计算,同时按强度破坏对立柱进行了轴压承载力计算。通过计算分析,提出了实际工程中设计墙体立柱的建议方法。建议计算方法计算立柱承载力与试验结果相比偏于安全,且计算简单、便于设计操作,可供工程设计人员参考。

【Abstract】 As the development of light gauge steel structure system rapidly in recently years, high strength cold-formed steel has been widely used abroad such as countries in Australia. It has got high economic efficiency to use 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel in cold-formed steel framing system buildings. For its superior performances, China also began to study its performances under load and application in the engineering.An experimental study on six full-size 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel wall studs lined with wallboard on both sides subjected to centric axial loads is carried out in this paper. The load carrying capacity and failure mode of the wall studs are obtained from the experiment. It is the basis of stud’s theorical analysis. Based on the test, the finite element analysis model is established. A parameter analysis about the spacing of studs, the thickness of plasterboard, the type of wallboards, the overlap seams of steel rib panels, the spacing of screws and the plate strips of the wall studs subjected to centric axial loads is carried out after the finite element analysis model has been verified by test data. The analysis results can be for design reference.Through the analysis of test indication and failure mode, there are two methods to estimate the load carrying capacity of the wall studs calculated by using "Technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures"(GB50018- 2002). One method is the load carrying capacity determined by buckling of the stud and taking the effective length of stud as double spacing of screws. The other one is the load carrying capacity determined by the failure of stud strength. Best on the analysis, a suggested method to design the cold-formed steel wall studs with wallboard on both sides under axial compression has been put forward in the paper. The suggested method is safe to be used to calculate the load carrying capacity of the wall studs. What is more, the suggested method can also be accepted and used easily by designers.
