竞技健美操三人操青少年世界冠军成套动作分析及其训练的研究

【摘要】 竞技健美操是一项新兴的竞技体育项目,我国的竞技健美操起步晚,进步快,成绩不断提高,已经接近世界先进水平。我国青少年竞技健美操三人操年龄一组在国内外大赛中多次获得优异成绩,研究其成套动作对于提高我国竞技健美操的训练、竞赛,促进健美操运动的科研工作具有重要的现实意义。本文以我国优秀青少年竞技健美操运动员为调查对象,运用文献资料法、访问调查法(对青少年竞技健美操三人操世界冠军教练员、运动员及有关专家进行访谈)、观察法(录像资料、具体训练情况)等研究方法,研究青少年竞技健美操三人操年龄一组世界冠军队成套动作,分析其艺术性方面的编排、难度特点和完成情况,了解竞技健美操三人操的选材、训练内容与方法以及赛前训练,为进一步提高我国竞技健美操三人操的训练与竞赛水平提供参考材料。主要结论有:1、青少年健美操世界冠军成套动作的艺术特点是:成套动作创编中操化动作上肢不对称动作比较多,手臂动作变化多样。脚步动作多以高冲击力跳步完成。动作外型清晰,并伴有一拍两动和身体方向的转变,具有新颖独特的艺术特性。难度动作组别齐全,有四个0.5分的加分动作,达到成年要求,体现出高难的特点。过渡与连接将成套动作的各组成部分合理有机地连接起来,体现出一套动作的完整、流畅、顺通与和谐。音乐结构具有简练、灵活、自由和多变的特征。移动路线注重左右和弧线的跑动,体现出成套动作的多样性;配合流畅迅速,前后呼应,具有独特、精巧、别具一格的艺术效果。2、世界冠军成套动作的完成质量高,没有明显的扣分。A类难度动作比较完美,B类难度动作身体左右摆动幅度很小,C类难度动作动作幅度大,腾空高,空中姿态清晰,转体到位,D类难度动作劈腿开度大,达到了动作的最高要求,全套动作表现出高度的一致性。3、世界冠军组合在选材时注重从竞技体操项目中选拔运动员,运动员身高中等,体重偏轻,身体素质有发展潜力。4、冠军组合训练内容包括专项技术训练、专项素质训练、专项心智训练等三大项内容和九项具体内容,训练重点在发展难度动作和提高心理素质。采用了多种先进的训练方法,想象法、表象法和重复训练法运用的比较多。5、注重赛前心理训练,提高运动员的自信心,使运动员在比赛时出现最佳竞技状态。

【Abstract】 Sports aerobics is a new competitive sports, Although the sports aerobics begin late in China, it has been developing quickly and has nearly achieved the advantage level in the world. Sports Aerobics young age of a group of three gymnastics team won a lot of excellent results in the competition both home and abroad, the study on its set movements have a great contribution to improve the research of the training, competition in sports aerobics in china and promote the researching work in aerobics.Based on China’s outstanding young athletes for Sports Aerobics survey, the use of literature, survey (on the coacher of three gymnastics world champion of Youth Sports Aerobics ,athletes and experts interviewed), observation (video information , specific training), and other research methods, study on Sports Aerobics young age of a group of three gymnastics world champion team set movements, analyze the artistry of its schedule, the characteristics and completion of difficult to understand Sports Aerobics three gymnastics team’s Selection, and the content and method of training before competitions to further enhance the country’s sports aerobics three gymnastics training and the level of competition to provide reference materials.Main conclusions are:1、the art movement characteristics of youth aerobics world champion set are: the fixed action and the unsymmetrical upper limb movements account more, arm movements varied in the creation the sets movement. step completed characterized by moving high impact dance steps. Action appearance clear, and go with a dynamic and changing the direction of the body, with a novel and unique art characteristics.There are all kinds of difficulty groups and four 0.5 points to additional moves when achieve adult requirements characterized by highly difficult. Transitional and connectional action kits will connect the various separate movements reasonably reflecting the integrity, smooth, and harmony of a movement. Music has simple structure, flexible, free and changeable features. Mobile line emphases on straight and curve running, which reflecting the diversity of set movements, together with the fluency, quick, echoing create a unique, compact, unique artistic effect.2、the completed action sets of the world champion are high quality, there was no obvious failing points. The difficult actions of type A are more perfect, type B swing around a small margin, type C maneuver more difficult movements, higher jump, clear air posture, swivel in place, type need opening of the split to move the highest requirements and shown a high degree of complete action.3, the selection of world champion pay attention to choose athletes in the competitive gymnastics project, they must medium height, lighter weight with physical development potential.4、Champion combination training contain special technical training, the quality of special training, mental training and so on, three main and nine specific contents altogether, and the main point of the training is to develop the difficulties of action and enhance the psychological quality, adopting a variety of advanced training methods, mainly using imagination, superficial and repetitive training methods. 5、focus on psychological training before competition to improve the self-confidence of athletes to make sure the athletes give their best performance.
