新型定扭矩气动扳手及其参数化CAD研究

【摘要】 冲击式气动扳手由于可快速实现螺纹紧固件装配、作用扭矩大等特性而成为产品装配线上的主要工具,但存在扭矩无法控制的问题。本文分析比较了目前国内外定扭矩气动扳手的扭矩控制方式及工作机理,提出了一种新的机理正确、结构简单的定扭矩装置方案,分别从理论分析和实验上验证该装置具有良好的扭矩控制功能。在此基础上,开发设计了一种新型的定扭矩气动扳手,可实现气动扳手的扭矩控制、自动切断气阀等功能,有效地解决了上述问题。同时,为提高气动扳手的设计效率,促进我国气动扳手的发展,以通用三维CAD软件—Solid Edge为平台开发了定扭矩气动扳手的CAD软件。该软件界面友好,可以进行气动扳手的参数设计计算,参数化设计零部件,自动地获得零部件的实体模型和相应的工程图。另外,利用Web技术实现了气动扳手零件、装配件和工程图的网上浏览,支持气动扳手的异地设计、远程服务。

【Abstract】 Pneumatic wrenches have been a staple of assembly lines because they quickly and powerfully apply torque to thread fasteners. But there is a problem that pneumatic wrenches cannot control output torque. The present ways of controlling torque of pneumatic tools are analyzed and a simple torque-controlled device presented is of controlling torque by means of theory analysis and experiment. A new. torque-controlled pneumatic wrench is designed on base of torque-limited device. It can effectively control output torque and automatically shut down the motor when output torque is equal to preconcerted torque, which solves the problem. At the same time, the CAD system of pneumatic tools is developed on the base of commercial 3D CAD software—Solid Edge, which has a good interface, calculate the parameters of pneumatic tools, parameterized design parts and subassemblies and get corresponding drawings. In addition, this paper discusses the realization of viewing parts, assemblies and drawings on browser using Web technology to support tele-design and service.
