高定位精度的无线控制云台的研究与开发

【摘要】 云台在日常生活和工业制造上都具有重要地位。随着技术的发展,大功率高精度的云台研究成为此领域研究的一项重要内容。本文针对大功率云台设计了能够承受大电流的电机驱动电路,将角度传感器安装在云台上检测云台的水平方向角度,使用带有PWM信号输出功能的单片机输出可调的PWM信号。通过单片机与传感器通信得到数字角度信号,单片机对角度信号进行处理后在液晶模块上显示出实时角度值,最后通过实时的角度变化来控制单片机输出不同占空比的PWM信号控制云台转动,实现了对云台电机的闭环控制,同时达到了提高云台定位精度的目的。在实现目标的过程中有如下几个主要工作,设计具备角度显示功能的云台定位系统控制电路;设计电机驱动电路;使用C语言设计软件实现云台定位功能和角度测量;设计云台定位系统,并且分别对开关信号和PWM信号控制云台进行检测和对实验数据进行比较。在文章的最后很好完成了这些工作,并且得到了很好的实验结果。本论文重点就在于以普通直流电机驱动的云台为例开发了一个高精度云台定位系统。结合角度传感器和高性能单片机C8051F410,成功实现了定位精度低于0.5度的高精度云台定位系统。
【Abstract】 In our daily life and industrial manufacturing PAN/TILT has an important position. High-power and high-precision PAN/TILT became more important with the development of technology.In this paper, we designed high-current drive circuit to drive high-power motor. Angle sensors will be installed in PAN/TILT detected on the angle of level direction. We can produce adjustable PWM signal by C8051F410. After C8051F410 get the angle date from angle sensor, it sends the angle date to LCD module .So we can see the real time angle from the LCD module and change the PWM signal. The motor will change its speed when PWM signal changed. Therefore, closed-loop motor control is achieved and the position accuracy of PAN/TILT is improved.The main processes to achieve the objectives are as follows: First we need to design the high-precision systematic drive circuit and electronic machinery drive circuit; then we implement Turbo C to ensure the PAN/TILT system can localize precisely and test the angle. Thereafter the two different sign test applications can output data and we can compare them respectively. Finally we truly completed those progresses and got the excellent data.The focus of this paper is to develop a high-precision positioning system by using DC motor. We successfully achieved a position accuracy of less than 0.5 degree of high-precision position system by using C8051F410 and angle sensor.
