工业以太网中冗余问题的研究

【摘要】 随着微电子技术、计算机技术以及通信技术的飞速发展,工业控制网络也不断向前发展,从基于模拟信号传输的集散控制系统(DCS),到数字化、智能化、全分散的现场总线,再到近年来新出现并得到迅速发展的工业以太网。作为一种特定应用的网络,和商业信息网络相比,工业以太网具有自身的要求和特点,其中非常重要的一点就是对可靠性要求非常高。本文首先介绍了工业以太网的研究现状,应用情况和基本理论,然后对工业以太网中冗余问题进行了深入的研究。工业以太网中处理冗余问题的技术主要有:生成树协议、快速生成树协议和环网冗余等,但是这些技术都不能满足一些特殊的行业如火电厂对网络可靠性的要求。为了解决这个问题,本文提出一种基于双环工业以太网的通讯控制方案。该方案参照IEC-62439的标准,结合工业控制实际情况,将IEC-62439中PRP严格隔离的两个环网通过节点中的LRE在逻辑上连接起来,最大限度的提高工业控制网的可靠性。当网络中出现多处连接故障时,中间节点将因网络故障无法发送出去的数据帧通过LRE的调度在另外一个网络中发送。最后,我们对S型工业以太网进行了仿真,仿真环境以一个150MW的火电厂为背景。结果表明即使在恶劣的工业环境中,S型工业以太网也具有非常高的可靠性,完全能满足火电厂的要求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of microelectronics,computer and communications, industrial control network has also constantly developed,from Distributed Control System(DCS)which based on analog signals transmission,fieldbus which is digital,intelligent and entirely disperse,to industrial ethernet which appeared and rapidly developed in recent years.As a specific network,industrial control network has its own requests and characteristics compared with the commercial network,one of which is requiring high reliability.Firstly,the dissertation gives a introduction to the research status,application and fundamental theories of industrial Ethernet,then further research on the redundancy problem.There are some kinds of methods to deal with redundancy in industry Ethernet,which are STP(Spanning Tree Protocol),RSTP(Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol),RapidRing and Trunking etc,but these methods can’t satisfy the requirements of reliability in some special industry such as power plant.With the purpose of resolving this problem,the dissertation produce a scheme of S type redundancy industrial control communication based on dual rings topology applied in dustrial Ethernet.Making reference to IEC-62439,this scheme connect the two ring LAN by LRE(link redundancy entity)which is no direct connection in PRP(Parallei Redundancy Protocol)of IEC-62439,therefore,the reliability of industrial control network is improved greatly.When there are many link failures,the DAN between the send DAN and the receive DAN will transfer the frames from other LAN which are hindered.Finally,the S type communication system simulation is carried out.The simulink environment is the 150MW Thermal Power Plant.The experimental results show that the scheme this dissertation proposed has a very high reliability,and completely satisfies the requirements of Thermal Power Plant,even under the condition of bad environment.
