重庆市高职教师职业倦怠感研究

【摘要】 本研究旨在通过对重庆市九所高职院校教师职业倦怠状况的问卷调查,获得关于重庆市高职教师职业倦怠的第一手资料,并在大量数据资料的基础上,进行统计分析和理性思考,以弥补此项研究方面的空白。首先修订了马斯乐(Maslach)编著的职业倦怠量表(MBI),接着对369名高职教师的职业倦怠调查结果进行统计分析。结果表明:1.经我们修订的高职教师职业倦怠量表具有一定的信效度,是可以用来测试高职教师职业倦怠状况;2.重庆市369名高职院校教师在成就感的总分是13.29,标准差是4.33;去个性化的总分是11.85,标准差是3.51;情绪衰竭的总分是12.39,标准差是3.11;职业倦怠量表总分是37.53,标准差是7.89;3.经过多重检验发现:31—40岁年龄段的教师职业倦怠程度最高;离异教师的职业倦怠最严重;中级职称教师职业倦怠程度显著高于其他类别教师;而教龄在11—20年的教师的职业倦怠较严重。4.重庆市高职院校教师职业倦怠形成的原因有职业因素、环境因素、个人因素等;5.高职教师职业倦怠感是客观存在的,但只要采取相应的措施就可以得到缓解。在调查研究的基础上,提出了相应的对策。

【Abstract】 Through the research of vocational college teachers’ profession tiredness situation in Chongqing, the writer gains the first information about it. On he basis of lots of data information, the writer makes a statistics analysis and thinks it rationally to fill a gap in the field. In this thesis, the writer revises the profession tiredness form (MBI) written by Maslach, and then makes a statistics analysis on professional tiredness of 369 vocational college. At last, the writer draws conclusions:1. The profession tiredness form revised by the writer is reliable and effective, it can be used to exam the teachers’ profession tiredness;2. The mark of accomplishment of 369 vocational college teachers is 12.39, standard deviation is 4.33; the mark of depersonalization is 11.85, standard deviation is 3.51; the mark of emotional exhaustion is 12.39, standard deviation is 3.11; the mark of profession tiredness is 37.53, standard deviation is 7.89;3. through multiple examinations, the writer finds: the degree of profession tiredness of the teachers aging from 31-40 is the highest; profession tiredness of divorced teachers is the most serious; the degree of profession tiredness of the teachers with medium professional title is obviously higher than other teachers; and profession tiredness of the teachers who have taught for 11 years to 20 years is also serious. 4. Professional factor, environmental factor and personal factor are the causes of profession tiredness of vocational college teachers in Chongqing;5. Profession tiredness of vocational college teachers is an objective fact, but it can be alleviated through appropriate measures.On the basis of the research, the writer puts foreword relevant solutions.
