乳化沥青混合料冷再生技术研究

【摘要】 近十年我国的高速公路迅猛发展,截止2007年全国的高速公路通车里程为5.36万公里。随着我国高速公路建设高峰期的过去,大量早期建设的高速公路逐渐进入大中修期,可以预料公路行业的下一个高峰期的到来是大批道路的养护、维修。同时社会经济的发展,自然资源的消耗,可持续发展观点的提出,对不可再生资源开采将受到严格控制。再生沥青路面正好符合了这些要求,节约了不可再生的石油、天然石料等自然资源,循环再利用,同时也避免了废弃物堆放引起的环境问题。本文在借鉴国内外沥青路面再生技术方面的经验和研究成果上,首先,进行了旧沥青路面性能研究,评价沥青的老化程度和集料状况。介绍了乳化沥青混合料反应机理、乳化沥青稳定机理和水泥—乳化沥青再生混合料强度形成机理。其次,本文采用了不同的设计方法进行对比试验,确定采用修正的Superpave沥青混合料设计方法。对不同水泥含量的冷再生混合料进行配合比设计及路用性能评价,在最佳乳化沥青和水泥用量下进行乳化沥青混合料性能研究。再次,本文还研究了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术的施工工艺以及质量控制与检测,并将再生的混合料应用于路面下面层,实践表明其满足相应的路用性能要求。最后,本文还结合实体工程对沥青路面厂拌冷再生技术进行了技术经济比较,结果表明,旧沥青混合料的冷再生利用是一种非常适宜的道路大修改建方式,尤其适用于缺乏砂石材料的地区。

【Abstract】 Highway construction of our country has rapidly developed in the last 10 years. At the end of 2007, the total length of highway has exceeded 53.6 thousand kilometers. Along with our country highway construction peak past, massive early construction highway gradually enter major and medium repairs period, it can be anticipate that in the path profession the next peak arrival was the large quantities of highway maintenance. Simultaneously the social economy development, the natural resource consumption, sustainable development viewpoint proposing, it will receive the strict control to non-renewable resources. The reclaimed asphalt pavement has been proved to conformed to these requirements, it saved non-renewable natural resources such as the petroleum, natural stone material, and recycled these resources Simultaneously it also avoids the environment pollution that the piled up rejection causes.This paper is based on asphalt pavement recycling technique experiences and research results, firstly, Old asphalt pavement performance is evaluated, including asphalt aging degree and aggregate condition, the reaction mechanism, stabilizing mechanism and Strength Formation Mechanism of emulsified asphalt mixture are introduced in the paper.Plenty of tests are performed with different design methods, at last, re-corrected superpave experiment are used. Different cement content mixtures are designed and performance are evaluated.Moreover, the thesis delves on the construction craft and quality control of the plant-mix cold recycling technology with Asphalt Emulsion. The recycled mixture is applied to the below layer of asphalt pavement and this is proven to meet the requirements of pavement performance.The thesis also draws a comparison between plant-mix cold recycling and rebuilding. And the results indicate that plant-mix cold recycling is a desirable mode in road mass-reconstruction, in particular in the regions lacking grit and pebbles.
