高速公路边坡钢锚管加固对策及检测方法研究

【摘要】 钢锚管锚固技术是随着高速公路建设的发展而出现的一项新型锚杆技术。尽管钢锚管锚固技术问世不久,理论研究还不是很完善,但在加固岩性软弱及坡脚应力集中的高边坡的工程实践中已得到一定的应用。如果其关键性技术能够得到理论上的支持,将会有更利于钢锚管加固技术的推广及应用。为此,开展钢锚管加固边坡的对策、工程结构耐久性、无损检测、检测信息处理技术的研究与探讨,对建立钢锚管锚固系统的质量评估和推广应用钢锚管加固技术是十分必要的。本文研究的主要内容如下:(1)为指导钢锚管的设计和施工,论文分析了国内外边坡锚固技术及其检测技术的研究和发展现状,在此基础上,较为系统地研究了钢锚管结构设计计算、加固作用机理、耐久性问题及其锚固系统中荷载传递机制,得出其锚固系统破坏原因和破坏形式;(2)针对预应力钢锚管锚固检测的问题,结合岩土锚固力学、粘弹性动力学、波动振动力学等理论,在一维杆纵向波动的理论基础上,建立了钢锚管锚固系统动测响应数学模型,给出了钢锚管粘弹性波动方程;(3)在分析处理检测信号上,采用小波分析法对预应力钢锚管应力波检测信号进行数字处理,并将二进小波Mallat算法应用于信号处理过程中,实现了准确定位预应力钢锚管锚固系统缺陷的目的;(4)利用应力波无损检测技术对广东省某高速公路边坡预应力钢锚管加固工程质量进行实际检测,检测结果表明:应力波检测技术能够很好地定位预应力钢锚管锚固质量的缺陷,为该边坡工程管理提供了可靠的检测数据;该边坡预应力钢锚管锚固质量较好,表明采用钢锚管加固边坡是可行的。
【Abstract】 Steel anchor pipe is a new type of anchor technique and its appearance concerns with the development of highway construction. Although the technique was born not long, the theoretical researching was not perfect, it has had a certain application in reinforcing the litho-logy weakness and foot stress concentration of high slope. If the key techniques can be made great progress in theory, it will be good for spreading and applying the reinforce technique of steel anchor pipe. Therefore, it is necessary to establish systemic quality assessments, spread and apply the technique, study and discuss the reinforcement measures, the durability of the structure, nondestructive testing, and detection information processing technology exploration of the reinforcement of slope with steel anchor pipe. The main contents of this paper are as following:(1) For guiding the design and construction, this paper analyzes the research and development status of slope anchor technique and its testing technique at home and abroad. Thereafter, synthetically studies the configuration design, reinforcing mechanism, durability problem and load transfer mechanism in anchor system of steel anchor pipe, and obtains the destroying reasons and forms in its anchoring system.(2) Aim at the detection problems of pre-stressed steel anchor pipe, combined with the theories of rock anchoring mechanics, viscoelastic dynamics and mechanical vibration, based on portrait wavy theory of one dimension pole, the mathematical model for the dynamic test response of the anchor system of steel anchor pipe is set up, and its viscoelastic wave equation is presented.(3) On the foundation of analyzing and processing detection signal, with the method of wavelet analysis to deal with stress wave signal for pre-stressed steel anchor pipe, and wavelet Mallat binary algorithms was applied to signal processing, and realized the purpose of accurately position the defect of pre-stressed steel anchor pipe.(4) The stress wave nondestructive testing technique was used to actually detecting reinforcement project quality of pre-stressed steel anchor pipe on a highway slope in Guangdong Province. The detection results show that the technique can accurately position the defections of anchoring quality of pre-stressed steel anchor pipe, at the same time, it can provide reliable detection data for the slope project management. The results also show the anchoring quality of pre-stressed steel anchor pipe is good, it is feasible to reinforce slope with steel anchor pipe.
