城市购物中心室外空间研究

【摘要】 二十一世纪己经到来,人们满怀着对新世纪生活的憧憬,对今后的生活环境也有种种的期望。随着我国改革开放的深入和商品经济的飞速发展,创造高品质的购物室外空间具有非常现实的意义。如何更好地提高商业活力,创造效益,并为城市带来良好的景观环境,成为商业工作者和建筑师及风景园林师共同关心的问题。本文着重对城市购物中心具有活力的室外空间进行较为深入的研究,分析商业空间设计规律,力图为创造与时代相适应的商业建筑室外空间提供依据。本文第一章论述研究的背景和意义,第二章介绍城市购物中心室外空间的发展历程;第三章分析了消费行为心理及其对购物中心室外空间的影响:第四章对购物中心室外空间现状问题调查和分析;第五章,论述了设计的原则。作为核心部分,第六章从形态组织角度对商业建筑外部公共空间,如交通、商业步行街、商业广场等空间进行探讨;最后一章对城市购物中心的发展趋势作出了展望。现代城市购物中心室外空间在城市空间和社会生活中扮演着重要角色,本文通过总结既往的得失,从理论探讨与实践相结合的逻辑顺序展开,借鉴国内外经验教训,并结合具体国情,对其共空间进行深层结构的研究,以期为今后的设计提出一些理论依据和实例分析。

【Abstract】 With the twenty一first century’s having come, people have a great longing for the life of the new century and all sorts of expectations towards future living environment. With the deepening of our country’s reformation and openness to the outside world and the fast development of commodity economy, the creation of high一quality space environment for shopping is realistically significant. It becomes the concern shared by businessmen, architects and landscape architects how to better the improvement of commercial vigor and bring profits and create good landscape environment for a city.This paper focuses on the deep research on the Outdoor Space of urban Shopping Centers and analyzes the design approaches to commercial space, the purpose of which is to supply basis for the creation of up一to一date outdoor space in commercial building. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of studying the outdoor space of shopping center.The second chapter introduces the survey of the development history of the shopping center. The third chapter points out the Psychological behavior and its efect on commercial shopping environment.The forth chapter analysis on present condition. The fifth discusses the principles of design. As the core of the whole paper, The sixth chapter probes into design methods of outdoor spaces , such as transport space and Commercial square and Street for walking etc. in terms of pattern organization and interface management.In the end, it sets up development trend on the outdoor space of urban shopping center.The modern commercial building plays an important role in urban space and social life. This paper summarizes the success and failure of the past and makes a deepgoing research on public space environment on the logical basis of integration of theory with practice by learning from domestic and foreign experiences and lessons and combining concrete national conditions. This paper aims at providing theoretical bases and analysis of concrete instances for future design.
