工业生产配料过程控制策略研究

【摘要】 配料系统是许多工业生产过程的重要组成部分,其配料过程是否按照规定的配比进行是衡量产品质量的关键。工业生产中,常用比值控制策略来实现各种物料的配比控制。近年来,消除传统比值控制结构的缺陷已成为提高配料过程控制品质的重要途径。在已有研究成果的基础上,论文提出将预测函数控制应用到比值控制结构,进行了算法改进和仿真研究,在快速性、平稳性及控制精度等方面改善了控制系统的性能;针对水泥生产的生料配料过程设计了控制系统。主要内容包括:(1)综述了配料过程控制和比值控制策略的研究与应用进展,并分析了水泥生产生料配料过程控制的发展现状。(2)针对流量对象的特点,采用典型的一阶加纯滞后过程(FOPDT)为被控对象,用积分分离PlD控制策略和预测函数控制算法进行仿真对比研究。仿真结果表明,预测函数控制算法具有较好的控制性能。(3)在分析传统的双闭环比值控制结构的基础上,采用H(?)gglund的调合器的概念和预测函数控制,提出了基于调合参数及调合函数的比值控制改进策略,并对改进的比值控制策略进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,改进的比值控制策略与现有的比值控制策略相比,在控制品质、抗干扰能力和鲁棒性等方面均有明显地改善。(4)在深入分析水泥生产生料配料过程之后,论述了生料配料过程模型化和控制问题,在总结现有生料配料过程控制系统的基础上,研究了水泥生产生料配料过程的控制结构,并给出了比值控制系统的初步架构。最后是全文的总结和展望。
【Abstract】 Blending system is one of the most important units in many industry production processes, whether the blending process execute according to the prepared rate or not is the key point to the product’s quality. Usually, a ratio control strategy is used to deal with the problem of the ratio among different kinds of materials. Ratio control is widely exist in the industry production, yet there are some deficiencies in the classical ratio control strategy, these problems have been paid attention in recent years. This thesis researches the ratio control structure, applying the predictive functional control algorithm in the ratio control structure, and the main research works are as follows:(1) An overview of the blending system control technology and raw material blending process control technology in cement industry is given.(2) Considering the characteristics of the flow control in industrial processes, the first order plus dead time (FOPDT) model is used to the simulation process. The integral separation Proportional-Integral-Differential control strategy and PFC algorithm are compared. The simulation results demonstrated the better control performance of PFC algorithm.(3) Based on analyzing the classical ratio control structure, the blend station proposed by Hagglund and the PFC algorithm are introduced to build a ratio control system with blend parameter and blend function. Simulation research on comparing the new ratio control algorithm with the classical ratio control algorithm are proposed. The simulation results prove that the new ratio control structure with PFC algorithm is effective.(4) Describing the raw material blending process control in cement industry, the technology of the raw material blending process control in cement industry is discussed, modeling and control of the raw material blending process is proposed. Based on the analysis of the development and actuality of the cement raw material blending process’s control system, the blending process control system and the ratio control structure in cement industry are designed.The last part is summary and perspective.
