灌注桩后压浆作用机理研究

【摘要】 灌注桩后压浆技术是有效提高灌注桩单桩承载力的施工技术。各种相应的测试也都表明,该技术的应用使灌注桩的承载力得到了更好的发挥,节省基础处理的费用,经济技术效益显著。因而,在国内很多地区,各种后压浆技术得到了广泛应用。通过钻孔灌注桩后压浆桩浆液与桩侧、桩端土体及桩体的作用机理进行探讨,研究后压浆对提高桩基承载力的性状、作用机理和影响因素及如何更好地应用到工程实践中。通过对已有的应用后压浆技术的灌注桩的测试结果进行统计分析,进一步认识其作用机理。对应用后压浆技术的混凝土灌注桩单桩承载力提高系数进行讨论,分析了桩径、桩长及压浆土层等因素对其影响,为应用该技术提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 Post-grouting is an effective construction technology to improve bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile. Many corresponding testing results indicate that the usage of this technology can exploit the advantage of cast-in-place pile and save the fee of foundation treatment, bring obvious economic benefits. Various types of post-grouting technology are widely used in many parts of our country.The Paper discussed the impacting mechanism of the cement fluid and the soil around the pile and provides the guidance for design and construction. And this can improve the application of the technology of post-grouting.Through statistic analysis of testing results of cast-in-place piles using post-grouting technology, the mechanism of post-grouting are discussed more. The improvement coefficient of the pile using post-grouting technology is discussed, and the effect of the pile size and property of soil are analyzed, these could provide some reference to the usage of this technology.
