【摘要】 项目管理就是以项目为对象的系统管理方法,通过一个临时性的、专业的柔性组织,对项目进行高效率的计划、组织、指导和控制,以实现项目全过程的动态管理和项目目标的综合协调与优化。项目管理对于施工企业来讲,具有重大的意义。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,施工企业所能得到的行业和地方保护越来越少,企业完全靠自身的力量生存与发展的日子越来越近。每个施工企业在同一时刻都具有众多的施工项目处于实施状态中,而任何一个项目的失败都会给企业造成不良的影响,甚至会危及企业的生存发展。本文以青岛市政道桥实业有限公司的项目管理为切入点,在第一章中简要阐述了本文的研究背景、意义、内容及思路;第二章概述了工程项目管理的相关理论;然后在第三章中深入分析了公司的项目管理现状;第四章总结出公司在用人机制、项目部管理、绩效考核、三大控制方面存在的问题;第五章针对公司具体存在问题作了对策研究,以期能为解决青岛市政道桥公司、乃至同类中小型市政企业的项目管理问题,提供一种思路,为工程项目管理者提供参考;第六章是本文的结束语,对全文作了一个小结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project management is a system management method for project, the main objective of which is to plan and organize and control the project efficiently. It is very important for the construction company. In a highly competitive environment construction company have got fewer and fewer protection from the government and guild and got more and more pressures of growth.
