【摘要】 本文针对目前房地产项目实施中的现状,根据项目管理的基础知识,对房地产项目管理实施中的进度、投资和质量管理进行了分析,并且结合最优化的理论知识进行了阐述。首先房地产目前发展的现状,之后根据项目实施过程中的进度控制、投资控制和质量控制,分析了影响项目实施中进度、投资和质量的因素,控制的原理程序和控制的一般方法,运用一些最优化的理论知识进行分析,建立起了严格执行计划控制的模型和非严格执行计划控制的模型,并比较二者之间的差别,最后根据模型要求,协调房地产项目管理实施进度、投资和质量关系,把握房地产在项目管理实施中进度、投资和质量控制的内在联系,纵向横向分析进度、投资和质量控制在项目管理中的地位,处理协调好进度、投资和质量的对应关系。更多还原
