基于WebAccess的水位监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文的作者主要是依托北方工业大学现场总线技术及自动化北京市重点实验室的NCS(网络化控制系统)平台,设计了一个基于网际组态软件WebAccess的水位远程监控系统。该系统采用研华PLC作为下位机控制器,在下位机利用Multiprog软件编写控制程序;工程师站利用WebAccess与下位机进行通信;受控对象为实验室过程控制实验装置中水槽的水位;采用的控制算法为PID控制。系统最终实现了远程客户端通过网络对水槽水位的控制参数,如水位设定高度等进行实时在线修改,达到实时监控的目的。WebAccess的基本功能,如实时趋势曲线、历史趋势曲线、工作画面、报警记录、报警摘要、值班、日、月报表以及网络视频监控等都得以实现。系统的运行结果证明本设计提出了一个良好的工业监控解决方案。本文首先总结了计算机监控系统的概念、特点、分类,并深入分析了基于网络的远程计算机监控系统的结构;然后介绍了Advantech WebAccess软件体系和水位监控系统的整体设计思路;作为论文的重点,作者详细介绍了水位监控系统PLC控制程序和上位机WebAccess通讯、组态画面的实现过程;最后在本文结尾给出了全文的总结了并对未来的工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a remote water-level monitoring system is designed based on WebAccess. which is supported by the NCS platform in Field Bus Tech and Automation LAB of North China University of Technology. In this project, Advantech PLC is used as a lower controller whose programmable software is Multiprog. Engineer Station communiates with PLC via WebAccess. Water-level of flume from process control experiment instrument is selected as controlled object and PID algorithm is also appled in this system. Our Clients can adjust the parameters of water-level such as setting liquid level through Web. Main function of WebAccess like real time trend, history trend, monitoring graphics, alarm record, alarm summary, working report, daily report, month report and network video camera etc, are all accomplished. The real effect of water-level remote monitoring system indicates that the scheme we introduced is a good solution to the industry control and monitoring.The auther first summarized the definition, characteristic, classification of computer monitoring and control system. After a deep analysis on the structure of remote monitoring and controlling system based on Web, software Advantech WebAccess is introduced. Then, we discuss the design of our system. Implementation of PLC control procedure and WebAccess configuration are discussed exhaustively. Finally, a summary of the whole paper and some suggestions for improving are given.
