基于ARM的烤烟集散控制系统研究与实现

【摘要】 烟叶烘烤是决定烟叶最终质量和可用性的重要环节,随着对烟叶质量要求的不断提高,针对现有烘烤工具存在的问题和不足,作者将自动化生产和烟叶烘烤理论相结合,抓住温湿度控制是烟叶烘烤成败的关键,通过专业的烘烤实践经验形成的专家曲线,开发了基于ARM的烤烟集散控制系统。本文作者提出了基于ARM的烤烟集散控制系统的解决方案。文章综述了烤烟集散系统国内外发展的现状,针对烤烟集散控制系统的需求进行了分析明确了开发目标,根据烤烟工艺的特殊控制要求和烤烟工作环境的特点,将整个烤烟系统分为通信服务器和子机实时控制部分,分析和研究了通信服务器和子机的体系结构及相应控制方法。本论文从如下三个部分对整个系统进行了阐述:通信服务器设计:介绍了新型微控制器S3C44B0的总体性能和结构特点,并且对由S3C44B0组成的通信服务器的存储模块、液晶显示模块、以太网接口模块、UC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的嵌入及根据烤烟工艺进行模糊化控制的软件设计进行了较详细的论述。通信网络的研究:介绍了串行通信的接口标准,和本设计采用的RS485总线收发器SN75LBC184以及通信程序的设计。系统子机设计:介绍了构成子机的温湿度采集、计时、显示及键盘处理模块,同时较详细的说明了子机在烤房中的安装及调试。最后,介绍了整个系统的调试和在调试中遇到的一些问题及解决办法。系统在设计上克服了该领域研究中易出现的系统适应性较差、控温控湿不够准确、烘烤工艺难以执行、烘烤效果不够稳定、停电时难以正常烘烤等问题,具有一定的先进性,在生产上具有广阔的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Tobacco baking is an important step which decides the quality and availability of tobacco. With the continuous improvement of tobacco quality requirements, aiming at shortcomings of baking tools, author combines automation production with tobacco baking theory, knowing temperature and humidity condition control for tobacco baking is the key to success. Through professional baking experience forms expert curve, develop the tobacco baking distributed control system based on ARM.In this paper author brings forward resolvent of tobacco baking distributed control system based on ARM. The article reviewed domestic and foreign tobacco distribution system development status. Aimming at the requirements of tobacco baking system control to analysis development goals, according to tobacco control requirements of the special working environment and the characteristics of tobacco baking, the whole system is divided into communication server and mc real-time control. Analysis and Study the architecture and the corresponding control methods of communication server and sub-machine.This paper analysis system from following three parts:Communication server design: Introduce whole performance and structural characteristics of a new type of microcontroller- S3C44B0, and some modules are composed by S3C44B0 ,such as communications server storage module, LCD module, Ethernet interface module, embedded the UC/OS-II operating systems , software design according to tobacco technology and fuzzy control all make a detailed exposition.The communications network research: Introduce the standard of serial communication RS485 bus、transceiver SN75LBC184 and communication programmer.Sub-machine designs: First introduce the composing of sub-machine, it includes module of collecting temperature and humidity、timing、displaying and keyboard, then shows installation and debugging of sub-machine detailedly in baking house. At last introduce entire system’s debugging and the ways for solving problem.This system has certain advanced in some aspects such as the adaptability of this system is good,controlling temptrature and humidity is exactitude,Also conquering defaults about baking technics is difficult to execute,instability of baking effect, unnormal baking when power failure . It has the vast application and extensive prospect on manufacture.
