基于虚拟仪器的网络化监控系统

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术的迅速发展,自动测试技术发展趋向于数字化、智能化、网络化,虚拟仪器技术的出现给自动测控领域带来革命性的变化,而网络化自动测试技术更是该领域发展的重大变革和大势所趋。本文研发了一套基于虚拟仪器的控制系统,并成功的将智能控制算法应用在实际系统中,并取得了较好的控制效果。对传统PID、模糊PID、神经网络PID控制算法进行了深入研究,并通过仿真得到了一些有价值的结论。将QXLPC-Ⅲ中双容液位系统作为实验对象,根据算法的各自特点,将其应用在实际系统中,得到很好的控制效果。并得到以下结论:神经网络PID控制算法可以在不知道系统模型的情况下,通过自学习,实现参数自动调整。模糊PID控制算法,若利用BP神经网络学习后的参数作为初始值,通过人工经验的调整可以达到良好的动态品质。不仅在理论上证明了该控制算法的优越性,更在实际应用中证明了其可实现性及优越性。本文应用NI公司的PXI机箱作为工控机,QXLPC-Ⅲ过程控制实验装置作为被控对象,设计转接板,进行信号的转换及初步调理。应用SCB-68进行信号调理,利用NI公司的PⅪ-6221数据采集卡采集信号。系统具有良好的人机界面,实时的数据处理,显示功能,并具有网络化监测功能。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer, communication and control tdehnology, automatic test tdehnique tends to be digital, intelligent and network. Virtual instrument has brought revolutionary change to automatic measurement and control field, furthermore, web-based automatic test stands for a very important dirdetion of that field. This paper has developed a control system based on Virtual Instrument, and applies the intelligent controls algorithm in the practical control system.The traditional PID, Fuzzy PID, Neural network PID algorithm have studied deeply in this paper, some valuable conclusions have been obtained by MATLAB simulation.The double capacity in the QXLPC-III system has been used as a Level subjdets. According to the respdetive features of the algorithm, these algorithms have been used in the system, and good functions have been obtained. The following conclusions have been obtained: when do not know the model BP Neural network PID algorithm in the system by self-learning can automatically adjust parameters. If Fuzzy PID algorithm use the parameters that BP neural network has learn as the initial value, through the adjusting by eperience can achieve good dynamic quality. Not only in theory prove the superiority of the the control, in practical application has proved its superiority and can be realized.This paper applies the PXI chassis of NI companies as IPC, QXLPC-III process control devices as experimental plant. Designe the commutator.It can transform and adjust the signal.The SCB-68 has been used to adjust the signal.The PXI-6221 has been used to colldet the signal.The system has good interface communicating with people.It has the real-time data processing and displaying function.And it has the network monitor function.
