基于网际组态软件WebAccess的PLC综合远程控制系统研究

【摘要】 计算机网络技术引入控制系统,带来了控制系统的一系列变革。尤其是现场总线技术、组态软件技术、信息交互技术(如OPC)、Web等技术的融合,网络安全技术、实时数据库等不断融入自动化系统,使得传统的控制系统向着智能化、集散化、网络化、开放性的方向发展。网络技术的飞速发展,为实现远程监控系统提供了一个新的思路,采用Internet技术,构建工业远程监控网络已成为监控系统的发展趋势。本课题正是基于这种发展趋势,设计了基于网际组态软件WebAccess的异构系统的远程网络监控,实现不同控制网络的集成、信息交互和远程控制。本文首先进行系统总体设计,结合底层系统控制功能和系统总体网络监控的要求,以分布式控制、分层式网络结构、集中管理、远程监控的设计思想为指导,分析并确定了使用新型的网际组态软件WebAccess实现两个异构系统集成监控方案,对整个系统自下而上进行分层设计。完成了虚实结合的三菱控制系统和西门子物流控制系统的软硬件设计,进行了RS485和Profibus现场总线的通信设计和组态,分别实现了以MCGS和WinCC组态软件构成的中间监控层的设计,最后对两个不同控制网络和监控系统通过WebAccess进行集成,并采用OPC方式实现WebAccess与MCGS、WinCC不同组态软件间的数据交互。完成了基于远程监控层WebAccess的监控节点和工程节点的设计,实现了良好的网络管理的功能、无限客户端的远程操作、远程维护,给用户提供了100%的IE平台。对整个系统进行的综合调试显示,该系统集成方案合理、正确,能够实现数据信息的双向远程交互,结果满足系统设计要求,具有一定的新颖性和实用性。
【Abstract】 Network has caused a series of changes as it was used in control system,especially the participation of FCS, Configuration, information exchanges OPC),Web and so on.With the wide application of the network technology and Internet,and the fast Development of FCS and the mature net technologies are adopted into automation,such as:Ethernet,OPC, ActiveX, Web and network security ,real-time database,the traditional control system is becoming more open,intelligent,networking and distributing.The fast development of Web technology provides the remote control a new way,and it is a popular trend to design an industrial remote supervising and control network.The subject we did just following these trends of the time, designed heterogeneous system remote network control based on net configuration software WebAccess, realized integration,and information exchanged of different control netwok and monitor control.Firstly,we went to the totally design of system, according to the control function of bottom system and the demand of system totally network control, considered distributed control, layering network, concentrated management, remote control as the designing mind, analyzed and defined that used new net configuration software WebAccess software to realize two heterogeneous systems integration control case. Then , made a layering analysis to the system from top to bottom. Completed the hardware and software design of Mitsubishi control system of combination with real and virtual object and Siemens material handling control system. Then finished the communication and configuration of RS485 and Profibus field-bus,and built the middle control layer considered CGS and WinCC as main part. At last integrated two different control net and control system by WebAccess,and realized the information exchanged among WebAccess and MCGS , Wincc by OPC. Finished the design of project node and SCADA node ,realized good net management function ,monitor operation and maintain with unlimited clients and provided full terrace of IE to users.The debug results to the whole system indicated that the results met the demands of system and the plan of system design is reasonable ,original and practicable ,and can realize two direction exchange of data information.
