【摘要】 随着现代科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高,居民对住宅的功能、质量提出了更高的要求,智能化住宅以其安全舒适、信息通畅、服务完善而深受住户的喜爱,智能住宅成为现代化住宅的发展趋势。因此研究并开发出适合人们要求的智能化产品具有很重要的意义。在对国内外已有的智能小区管理控制系统进行分析后,结合国内智能化住宅的实际要求,提出了一套多功能的智能小区管理控制系统的设计方案,并实现了智能家居控制的设计。本文设计的智能小区管理控制系统能通过远程控制和本地控制实现以下功能:1、实现人在异地通过电话网络对家中的用电设备进行远程控制。2、实现在近距离通过系统键盘控制家用电器设备的工作状态。3、实现安全防盗报警。4、实现三表(电表、水表、气表)的数据采集。5、实现实时时钟显示。智能家居控制系统以C8051F020增强型单片机为核心,进行智能控制。远程控制功能的实现是利用已有的电话网络进行信号传输,达到控制目的;本地控制是通过系统设置的键盘,进行人机交互,实现本地控制目的。系统通过主控CPU检测各种异常情况,进行报警。论文总结了本课题研究的智能家居控制系统的特点。通过实例,介绍了智能家居控制系统的应用方法。最后提出了系统功能的完善方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modern science and technology, and the raising of people’s living standard, residents put forward the higher demand on the house’ functions and quality. Smart home are popular because of their safety, comfort, expedite information and perfect service. In consequence, they are likely to stand for the trend of modern housing. So it’s very important to study and develop intelligence products which can meet the request of people.Based on the analysis of smart home both at home and abroad and the consideration of practical demands on Smart home in China, a design of multi-function smart home control system is put forward.Through remote control and local control, the design can perform the following functions:1. Remote control over electric equipment through telephone network2. Local control over electric equipment through key board3. Safety alarming4. Date collection of meters of electricity, water and gas5. Operation of real timeAccording to the design, Intensified Single Chip C8051F020 is the core of the smart home control system. Remote control is realized through signal transmission over telephone network. Local control is realized throw man-machine communication controlled by system keyboard. The main CPU will alarm when there is some unexpected interrupt.The paper summarizes the characteristics of smart home management and control system and also exemplifies its application. And furthermore, it has put forward some ideas on how to improve the system.更多还原
