基于DNC的数控机床通信和管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着计算机、通信和网络技术的发展,制造系统也向着集成化、网络化、全球化方向发展. DNC作为一种实现数控车间信息集成和设备集成的主要形式而被众多国外知名企业采用。本文根据目前我国企业现有资源实际情况,提出以企业局域网络为通信底层,采用串口服务器和软插件技术实现异构数控设备的联网,构建出基于DNC的数控机床通信与管理系统。该系统以Visual C++和SQL2000为开发平台,能够通过DNC主机实现对数控机床的管理和信息采集,既可满足传统DNC的计算机和数控机床信息交换和互连功能,又可实现企业办公管理信息和车间加工监测信息的无缝连接。
【Abstract】 With the development of computer, communication and network technology, manufacturing systems also develop toward integration、network and globalization direction. DNC as the main form to make information and equipments integrate in the NC workshop is adopted by numerous abroad well-known enterprises. According to currently existing resources of enterprises in our country, this text puts forward to structure a communication and management system of NC machines based on DNC, which takes enterprises’LAN as bottom communication network, and adopting serial port server and plugged-program technology to make multi-structure NC equipments connect with networks. This system based on Visual C++ and SQL2000, can manage NC machines and collect information. It not only has the traditional DNC system function of exchanging information and interconnection between computers and NC machines, but also makes information of enterprises’working and management connect with manufacturing and monitoring information in the workshop without any cleft.
