煤矿井下排水综合处理方法研究

【摘要】 煤炭工业水资源的短缺局面开始显现。由于水资源的严重不足,影响了我国煤炭工业的进一步发展。本文对煤矿井下排水经处理后用于坑口发电厂循环冷却水作了研究,得出如下结论:铁盐作絮凝剂的絮凝效果对温度和pH值的变化适应性好,降低工程造价;烧杯实验证明聚丙烯酰胺用量过多会影响反渗透运行;确定了井下排水处理厂沉淀池的表面负荷,使沉淀池具有高耐冲击性能,适应矿井间歇生产的特点。反渗透设计为一级两段,解决资源型缺水和工程型缺水问题。

【Abstract】 The shortage of water resources situation had became apparent in coal industry. The shortage of water resources had impeded the development of coal industry. In this paper we research use the coal mine drainage for circulating cooling water of the Pithead Power Plant, come to the following conclusions: Use molysite as flocculant has a good adaptability. Confirm the surface loads of the sedimentation basin in the pithead power plant. Use the reverse osmosis to ravel out the shortage of water resources.
