基于双CPU的高精度现场校验仪的设计与实现

【摘要】 论文研究的现场校验仪是一种功能齐全、精度极高的电能表现场校验装置和综合性电参数测量设备。适用于电力部门稽查、计量等工作。全文主要对现场校验仪的发展及现状、电力参数测量的常用方法、系统的硬件电路设计、系统的软件设计和实验数据分析等几个方面进行了详细的阐述。系统电路设计采用了ARM和MCU的双CPU的结构,ARM负责采集处理数据,而MCU则用于控制键盘显示。同时引入了FFT的软件算法以确保测量的精度。经反复实验证明系统的参数测量已经达到了预期的精度。

【Abstract】 Scene calibrator researched in this paper is a versatile and precise equipment, which is used for checking out the electric energy meter and measuring electrical parameter. It is usually suitable for measurement and checking in department of electricity and so on. This thesis expatiates the development and status quo of scene calibrator, the ways of electrical parameter and the design of circuit of hardware and software,and analyses the experimental findings. The circuit adopts to dual CPU based on ARM and MCU.ARM takes charge of and collects data, and MCU is used for controlling the keyboard and display. Simultaneously, we make use of the arithmetic of FFT to insure the measurement accuracy. After repeated experiments prove that the parameter measurement of system has reached the expected precision.
