300MW火力发电单元机组AGC优化控制

【摘要】 围绕张电二期机组AGC性能的优化,对机组协调控制、锅炉燃烧、磨煤机温度与风量、一次风压、给水控制、炉膛压力、一次调频、蒸汽温度等多个与AGC密切相关的自动调节调节系统进行了改造与优化。在控制策略方面,应用了煤质预估、自适应、变参数、非线性前馈、KPA算法、变频改造等多种技术手段。同时对多个调节参数进行了修改优化。对于类似张电这样拥有多台机组的主干火力发电厂,将AGC负荷优化分配,是一个很有意义的课题,本文对此做了积极的探讨。随着电力产业的迅猛发展,高参数大容量单元机组的自动控制更具有挑战性,因此,对DEB算法优化、大延迟大惯性被控对象的优化控制、AGC负荷预测等研究方向进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The optimization of AGC on 300MW unit in ZJKPP, are proposed. Using many technologies such as on-line coal quality predict, auto adaptation, variable parameter, feed forward, KPA algorithm, transducer etc, the control performances of CCS, temperature of mill, primary air flow of mill , primary air pressure, feed water, furnace pressure, primary frequency modulation, main stream temperature have been improved obviously.It is a important research issue to reasonably allot load demand between multiple power plant units,such as ZJKPP, so it is discussed and analyzed in thesis.As the developing of electric power, it is more difficult on optimize control of high parameter power plant unit. We make discuss about optimization on DEB, large dead-time system and AGC demand on-line predict.
