电能计量错误接线检查培训系统的设计

【摘要】 电能计量系统在电力系统中起着至关重要的作用,电能计量工作的正确性和准确性是保证电力系统正常、安全运行的重要技术手段。准确计量电能不仅需要电能表和互感器接线正确,还需要高素质的操作员的“软实力”来支持。针对现场电能计量人员理论水平的薄弱环节,本文主要研究基于计算机软件仿真技术的虚拟电能计量错误检查培训系统。首先对比分析了三相三线接线制和三相四线接线制的检测原理,然后基于软件虚拟仿真的思想,设计了电能计量仿真培训系统的总体方案,规划了检测和培训子模块的功能。系统具有电能计量错误接线虚拟检测功能,可提高培训人员的工作效率,也可与实际的采集仪器结合起来,满足现场一般的电能采集、处理和分析的要求。
【Abstract】 The electrical energy measurement system is playing very important role in the power system. The accuracy and the correctness of electrical energy measurement work is important technical method to guarantee the electrical power system running normally and the operation safety. However, measures the electrical energy need the electrical energy table and the mutual inductor wiring accurately, and also expects the high quality the operator’s“the soft strength”supports. In view of the scene that the weakness of the electrical energy measurement personnel’s theoretical level, this article studies simulation training technologies of virtual electrical energy measurement and checking wrong wiring based on the computer software. Firstly, the three-phase three wiring system and the three-phase four wiring system examination principle is contrast analyzed, then the overall scheme of the electrical energy measurement simulation training system is designed, and lastly the examination and the training submodule’s function is determined based on the software virtual simulation theorem. The electrical energy measurement wrong wiring simulation analysis software has the wrong wiring virtual examination function which could enhance the training personnel’s working efficiency, also may work with the acquisition instrument to satisfied the regular request of electrical energy gathering, processing and the analyzing.
