【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面作为一种高级路面结构形式,以其强度高、稳定性和耐久性好、耐高温、耐磨耗以及养护费用少等优点而得到了广泛的应用。按照现行路面设计理论,路面结构各层性能正常、层间界面接触理想、设计和施工质量良好的水泥混凝土路面,一般要经过长期使用且达到其设计使用年限后才会开裂破坏。但实际状况是,相当多的路面在使用2-5年甚至更短时间后就出现了不同程度的缺陷或开裂。同时,水泥混凝土路面的维修成本高,养生时间长,维修期间交通干扰严重,一旦破坏就很难修复。因而,认清水泥混凝土路面的产生病害的原因及相应的维修对策,是当今工程界需要解决的问题。水泥混凝土路面的修补技术是随着水泥混凝土路面出现了不同程度的损坏后应运而生的。20世纪50年代及60年代初,世界上一些经济发达国家在开始大规模兴建承受重交通的高等级道路时,修建了部分水泥混凝土路面。这些水泥路面到了20世纪80年代后期,大多接近或超过使用年限,加之交通量的发展,水泥路面承受的轴载不断增长,致使多数路面产生不同程度的损坏。因此,现有水泥混凝土路面的养护与修复就成了水泥混凝土路面发展技术中的一项重要内容。从技术上讲,影响水泥混凝土路面修补质量问题,关键在于所采用的修补材料和修补工艺。本文研究围绕着水泥混凝土路面的维修问题,对水泥混凝土路面评价、水泥混凝土路面的常见病害产生的原因与防治技术、水泥混凝土路面的养护维修技术以及水泥混凝土路面板下脱空封堵处治技术、路面不平整引起的车板相互作用对水泥混凝土路面破坏的影响进行了研究。更多还原
