小变位量桥涵弹塑性伸缩装置的应用研究

【摘要】 目前国内桥涵伸缩装置安装后所发生的病害情况,严重影响通车后的正常运营,造成伸缩缝的不断维修,从而提高了工程造价。针对这种缺陷,本文对小变位量桥涵伸缩装置进行开发研究,采用弹塑力学理论对伸缩缝的结构变位进行分析;采用正交试验方法进行弹塑体材料的组成设计;通过浇注式试验方法对弹塑体混合料及其性能进行研究;并对浇注式弹塑体混合料伸缩缝的施工工艺进行研究。本文研究的主要内容包括:(1)小变位量桥涵伸缩缝结构变位分析研究;(2)弹塑性伸缩装置的弹塑体材料的研究;(3)针对伸缩装置的特点,进行弹塑体混合料及其性能的试验研究;(4)进行试验伸缩缝的施工,从实践上制定一套弹塑性伸缩缝的施工工艺。本文研究的伸缩装置不但使行车平稳舒适,而且增加了桥面的美观,解决了桥涵的防水问题,同时由于能够吸收各方面的变形和振动,延长桥涵的使用寿命,解决了伸缩装置梁端与填料连接处界面间存在的裂缝问题等。因此本文的研究对于今后伸缩装置的应用具有重要的指导意义,将会产生较大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Now diseases that appear after fixxing the bridge and culvert expansion joint device has a strong impact on the normal operation, which has caused continuous maintenance of dilatation joint and it also raises the instruction costs.about this defect, the text has reseached the elastoplastic on small assendum modification, and Adopting elastic mechanics to analyze metachoresis of dilatation joint; Adopting orthogonal test to make the composite design of elastoplastic material; Making research on the lastoplastic mixture and its performance in casting experimental method;Making research on construction technics of casting lastoplastic mixture. The mainly content is as follows:(1)Analyze the dislocation of small assendum modification of bridge and culvert dilatation joint;(2)The reseach of elastoplastic material in the elastic-plastic expansion joint device;(3)Based on the aspect of expansion joint device, the test of elastic-plastic body mixture has been carried out;(4)Raw up construction regulations of elastic-plastic dilatation joint by the testing dilatation joint construction.The device that the text in research has been a travelling steady, a beautiful in deck design, and it has solved the waterproof of bridge-culvert, in the meantime, it can absorb the deformed and the vibration, which making the device have a life-time dilation, also the crack problem between the ends and the filler has been solved.
