云南高海拔地区级配碎石基层材料组成及性能研究

【摘要】 由于半刚性基层沥青路面具有较高的承载力、整体稳定性及抗疲劳性能,因而广泛用于国内重交通道路路面结构,然而,随着半刚性沥青路面的大量使用以及对其认识的深入,发现裂缝是半刚性沥青路面的主要病害,此外,半刚性基层沥青路面结构排水条件差,易造成半刚性沥青路面基层冲刷、唧浆、层间脱空先等病害。具有严格级配要求的级配碎石作为半刚性基层和沥青路面之间的上基层,在功能上可有效地防止和减缓沥青路面的反射裂缝,提高整个路面结构的抗疲劳性能和抗永久变形能力,同时起到排水基层的作用。本文以滇藏二级公路为依托,在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对级配碎石在云南高海拔地区的力学性能进行了研究。通过大量的室内试验,对级配碎石作了CBR、抗剪切、动三轴等力学性能试验,研究了级配对CBR值、抗剪性能参数、动弹模量的影响规律,通过CBR试验和抗剪切试验,得到了最佳级配最大粒径和关键筛孔及其通过率合理变化范围;针对云南高海拔地区气候的特殊性,对级配碎石作了抗冻性能试验和渗透性试验;用Bisar3.0程序得出级配碎石顶面的最大剪切应力,并以此作为级配碎石抗剪切性指标,提出了基于CBR值和剪切强度两个指标控制的级配碎石组成设计方法,最后提出了适合于云南高海拔地区的级配碎石施工工艺。

【Abstract】 The semi-rigid asphalt pavement has higher capacity, the overall stability and anti-fatigue properties, which are widely used domestic heavy duty road pavement structure, however, with the semi-rigid asphalt pavement, as well as the use of large quantities of their understanding of the depth, semi-rigid found cracks in asphalt pavement is the main disease, In addition, semi-rigid structure of asphalt pavement poor drainage conditions, could easily lead to semi-rigid asphalt pavement grassroots scouring jack slurry, layer void, and other diseases .With strict grading requirements of the grade gravel as a semi-rigid base gravel and asphalt on the road between the grass-roots level, in the function to be effective in the prevention and alleviation of reflection asphalt pavement cracks, drainage at the same time play the role of the grass-roots level. This paper will take shape based on DianZhang road,Based on research results from both at home and abroad on the basis of the graded gravel in the high altitude region of YunNan mechanical properties were studied.Through a large number of laboratory tests, graded gravel made CBR, shear, and other mechanical properties of dynamic triaxial test, CBR-matching on the value of the shear performance parameters, dynamic elastic modulus of the impact of the law, through CBR tests and shear tests have been graded the best and the biggest key sieve size and scope of change through reasonable rate. Yunnan against climate High Altitude Area of the peculiarities of the graded gravel made antifreeze performance test and permeability test, Bisar3.0 procedures that use graded gravel top surface of the maximum shear stress, and as a graded gravel shear indicators, based on the CBR to shear strength values and the control of two indicators graded gravel design method.Finally made for the high-altitude area of YunNan graded gravel construction technology
