【摘要】 受施工企业自身因素的影响,其信息化进程比起制造业等其他物资资料生产部门进行的缓慢,信息化技术的运用也较落后。但是,在现今计算机技术、网络技术高度发达的时代,信息化技术水平的提高关系到企业未来的命运,运用信息技术进行企业管理是每个施工企业的迫切要求。本文正是以此为出发点,以中天建设集团开发设计的信息化管理系统为平台,在简要介绍了本系统的功能和运用效果的同时,也提出了适合广大施工企业展开信息化建设的思路和方法。首先,综述了国内外建筑企业信息化技术的应用研究情况,阐明了信息化对施工企业的重要价值,指出施工企业实施信息化的必要性,论述了实施信息化的进程之中应注意的主要问题。其次,讨论了信息化系统的基本构架,给出了信息化系统的实施策略和建立步骤。并且以中天建设集团信息化系统为例,介绍了系统的各个子模块的基本内容和应用功效。接着在肯定了中天建设集团信息化系统运用取得的重大成果和便利的同时,也论述了其尚待进一步完善和提高的方面,并运用经济学和管理学相关的知识,结合广大施工企业和项目管理的特点,在此套系统基础之上,对项目管理子系统进行了优化。采用模块化设计的理念,重新布局了各个子模块,并增加了很多进度、成本、质量控制方面的新内容,使项目管理内容更丰富,更全面,力求运用起来更方便,更有效。最后,以简单、实用为原则,运用计算机技术语言,对所提出的系统初步进行了web构架,并以物资管理子模块为例,对其进行软件设计和编写,探讨了物资管理的信息化应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the limit of own element, the construction enterprises confront with more challenge in the use of information technology, compared to the process of manufacturing, and other information material production sectors. However, in today’s computer technology which is highly developed, the level of information technology to improve business relations between the fates of the future, the use of information technology in business management of each construction is the urgent requirement of enterprises. This paper just based on this consideration to introduce the effectiveness of the system, applying Zhongtian Group Information Management System as a platform. At the same time, it also attempt to made a start for the broad masses of Construction Enterprise Information Construction of ideas and methods.Firstly, the paper draws the situation of application and research on Information Technology in construction enterprises at domestic and abroad, expounds the vital value of Informatization for the construction enterprises, points out the necessity of informational implementation in construction enterprises, and also reminds the main issues which should be paid attention to in the process of the informational applications.Secondly, it discusses the basic framework of the Information System, suggests the implemental strategy and the establishment steps of Information system. And it takes Information System of Zhongtian Group as an example, to introduce the basic content and application effectiveness of each various modules in this system.Then it affirms the major achievements and convenient which Zhongtian Group makes, meanwhile it discusses some aspects which should be improved and enhanced further. Using the related knowledge on economics and management, and combining the features of many construction enterprises and project management, the project management subsystem has been optimized at the basis of the former one. Adopting modular design concept, it re-divides the project management subsystem to nine sub-modules, and adds a lot new contents, include progress, cost, quality control, as to make the contents of project management richer and more completely, so it will became more conveniently and effectively.Finally, taking simple and practical as principle and using computer technology language, it proposes the system by the preliminary framework for the web, also designs and writes the program of the management module of goods and materials as an example, to discuss the informational application of the management of goods and materials.更多还原
