【摘要】 多浪羊(Duolang sheep)是由新疆麦盖提县当地及周围农牧民长期培育而成半粗毛、肉用型优秀绵羊地方品种,具有生长发育快早熟、饲料报酬高、肉质鲜美、屠宰率高、繁殖率高、适于舍饲,在新疆南北疆受到农牧民的喜爱。当前多浪羊的繁育仍以自然交配为主,还未建立起有效的繁育体系,缺乏应有的本品种选育,保种工作迫在眉睫。针对影响多浪羊发展的因素,本试验拟选取具有优秀遗传特性的多浪羊,通过冷冻精液、超数排卵等技术实现多浪羊的品种资源保护。实验一:为保存和利用优秀地方品种多浪羊的遗传资源,本试验在多浪羊原产地进行了细管冻精制作试验。用采集的多浪羊种公羊精液,比较五种冻精保存液配方的细管冻精冷冻效果,测定解冻后精子活力,结果表明: 4.83%乳糖保存液解冻后精液的活率平均为36% ,优于其它四种保存液且差异显著(P<0.05),解冻后精子的畸形率也均优于其它四种稀释液,差异显著(P<0.05)。本试验结果表明4.83%的乳糖保存液配方是理想的绵羊细管冻精稀释液。实验二:为探索多浪羊有效地超数排卵方案,本试验通过使用三种FSH产品对59只多浪羊供体羊进行超排处理,比较了激素产品、超排方法及激素剂量等因素对多浪羊超排效果的影响。结果表明:(1)使用的三种FSH产品中,FOLLITROPIN-V效果最好,获得平均可用胚为7.27±5.26;(2)自然发情的供体羊比埋栓处理的供体羊获得了更好的超排效果;(3)国产纯化FSH也可获得较好的超排效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Duolang sheep originate from county of Maigaiti in south of Xinjiang, it has many peculiarities,such as mature early, high dressing percentage, high earnings of feedstuff, high quality of mutton, high rate of reproduction, appropriate for feeding in yard, and local people are fond of this type of sheep. Currently, breeding of Duolang sheep is mainly through natural mating.The efficient system of breeding hasn’t been established. So variety preservation is imminent.To resolving these aspects of disadvantage, we try to carry out frozen-thawed semen and superovulation treatment in Duolang sheep, which have excellent genetic trait, to achieve presercation of Duolang sheep’s variety.Experiment one: The objective of present study is to collect the semen of Duolang sheep , comparing the 5 frozen diluent ingredient ,preserve the semen by a straw , so as to do detecting of the mobility. The result indicates that 4.83% Lac diluent ingredient’s frozed-thawed semen is average 36% ,which is better than the others, there is a significant different (P<0.05). Furthermore, 4.83% Lac diluent ingredient’s abnormality rate was significant better than the others (P<0.05).It shows that 4.83% Lac diluent ingredient is the best of these ingredient on straw proceed ingredient.Experiment two: To study the optimal results of superovulation, 59 Duolang sheep were treated with 3 kinds of FSH products. The factors which influence the effects of superovulation in Duolang sheep were studied in this trial, such as the FSH product, methods of superovulation and dosage of hormone. The following results were obtained: (1)FOLLITROPIN-V was best one in 3 kinds of FSH products, the average number of transferable embryo was 7.27±5.26; (2)Effects of superovulation with natural mating was better than with CIDR inserted; (3)The purified domestic FSH product can obtained the preferable superovulation results.更多还原
