铁—氧化铁及氮化铁复合材料的微波吸收特性研究

【摘要】 铁屑是磨削机械加工中的工业固体废弃物,铁屑的综合利用既消除了对环境的危害,又使废弃物资源化,具有重要的现实意义。本研究以机械加工生产过程中的副产物工业铁屑为实验主要原料,运用电化学腐蚀机理,及化学热处理对铁屑进行改性处理,获得纳米氧化物和氮化物粉体。将粉体材料与高分子橡胶材料采用不同比例配方进行复合,获得了粉体与天然橡胶的吸波复合材料。在实验中研究了材料的合成机理,并且通过SEM,EDS,XRD等方法对所制得的粉末颗粒进行了材料微观形貌、微区元素分布和材料物相组成的表征。研究了复合粉料及其复合涂层材料在2~18GHz频率范围内的电磁参数及微波吸收性能,分析了复合涂层材料中各组分含量对电磁参数的影响。研究表明,在橡胶复合材料中随粉料质量百分比的增加,复合材料的吸波性能增强。粉体质量百分比为33.3%,厚度为1.8mm的单层橡胶复合材料试片,在频率11.12GHz处的反射率为-14.371dB。三层橡胶复合试片叠加测试,在13.36GHz处反射率达-35.162dB,小于-10dB的频宽为3GHz,同时此样品还在2.16GHz产生一个峰值为-22.801dB的吸收峰,小于-10dB的频宽约为2GHz。

【Abstract】 Scrap iron is the solid waste of the grinding mechanical treatment of ferrous metal industrial. The comprehensive utilization of iron filings is of important significance. This is not only due to the elimination of environmental pollution, but also the recovery of iron-rich resource in the iron powder. In this paper, scrap iron, the byproduct coupled with machining operation, was used to yield nano oxide and nano nitride powder by electrochemical corrosion mechanism and chemical heat treatment, then the power material was mixed with the macromolecule rubber material under varying proportion to acquire composite material that can be used to absorb microwave.The basic principle of synthesizing iron oxide and iron nitride by scrap iron was discussed. The nanometer magnetic compound oxides were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. The microwave absorption property and electromagnetism parameter of scrap iron, iron oxides and iron nitrides were studied in the range of 2~18GHz. The influence of component’s content on microwave absorption property was analyzed.The study shows the absorption property of rubber composite material was improved with the quality ratio of iron scurf .When the quality ratio of iron scurf is 33.3% in the rubber and the thickness is 1.8 mm, the absorptive property is about -14.371dB at 11.12GHz in the range of 2~18GHz. The dielectric constant、permeability of composite material have single peak value. When three rubber samples were overlying together in absorption measurement, the maximum absorptive property is about -35. 162dB at 13.36GHz, and the bandwidth is 3GHz.There are two absorber peaks in the range of 2~18GHz.The result shows that the rubber composite material has absorption ability in multi-frequency point.
