【摘要】 张江高科技园区成立于1992年,改变了过去上海市高新技术产业布局相对松散的状况,已经成为上海市高新技术产业经济发展的重要支柱。十七年来,张江高科技园区及周边地区人口增长快速、土地利用、交通路网以及产业形式均有明显的转变,张江高科技园区对周边地区影响较大。本研究结合张江高科技园区案例,围绕高科技园区的设置对园区周边地区人口发展变化、空间结构的影响以及未来发展趋势进行分析与解读。最后针对周边地区所受园区的影响与存在问题,提出周边地区与张江高科技园区联动发展的措施,为高科技园区及周边地区进行更为完善的规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, which is founded in 1992, has changed Shanghai Hi-Tech industry distribution, and became an important foundation of Shanghai Hi-Tech industry economy development. In the past 17 years, there are many great changes in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and its surrounding areas, such as population growth, land utilizing, transportation network and industry forms are affected by the Hi-Tech Park. This research, which explores the peripheral popular development as well as the impact, the problems and the development trend of the space structure around the Hi-Tech Park based on the case of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. At last, this thesis proposed a series of measures for the joint development of the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and its surrounding areas, against the impact of Hi-Tech Park and problems of the surrounding areas and made a related and better plan.更多还原
