火炮稳像精度测试系统设计

【摘要】 我国坦克火控系统早已安装稳像、稳瞄仪器,可以在行进中进行瞄准射击。而火控系统瞄准线的稳像精度直接影响火炮的首发命中率和射击反应时间。因此必须对其稳像精度进行测量。但是,由于测试装置的相对滞后,对稳像精度参数的测试水平滞后于武器本身的发展,这大大影响了对稳像精度的评价。随着武器性能的不断提高,对试验技术也提出更高的要求,迫切需要研制新的测试仪器,以便提高稳像精度测试能力,从而满足国防现代化的需求。本文设计的火炮稳像精度的测量装置,就是为满足上述需要而提出的。火炮稳像精度测量装置,安装在被试瞄准镜目镜后方,摄取瞄准镜视场中心部分的图像,用于稳像精度、瞄准手瞄准精度等的监测。测量精度可以达到:σ≤0.07mil。
【Abstract】 The fire control system of our country tanks have already been equipped with the instrument to stabilize the image and aiming, then the tank can aim and fire when it goes forward.The aiming line’s the image stabilization accuracy of fire control system directly influence first round hit probability and fire reaction time. It needs testing its stable accuracy. But, because the image stabilization accuracy testing device relatively lag, the testing level of the stabilization accuracy parameter lag the development of weapon itself, thus it has affected greatly to the appraisal of the stabilization accuracy. With the continuous enhancement of weapon performance, there is higher request about the technology of the base experiment, So the newer measuring instruments are urgently needed to enhance the base experimental ability and to satisfy the demands of the modernization of our national defense.In this paper, a stable precision of gun measurement device is designed, and it’s suggested to satisfy above-mentioned need. The stable precision of gun measurement device is fixed behind the ocular piece in the sighting telescope tested, can intake the image from the center section of its view-field and monitor the stable precision、the pointing accuracy of gunner and so on. The measurement’s precision can achieve:σ≤0.07mil.
