大气压辉光放电等离子体的产生及灭菌应用

【摘要】 大气压辉光放电等离子体技术有着广泛的应用前景。本文旨在通过研究大气压辉光放电等离子体的生成特性,总结出稳定的大气压下辉光放电的产生方法。并对产生的等离子体的灭菌特性进行研究,以便为大气压辉光放电的灭菌应用提供理论依据。本文首先设计制作了用于大气压下介质阻挡辉光放电的高频高压电源。然后利用这一电源分别进行了平行板结构和同轴电极结构的介质阻挡辉光放电实验。在平行板电极的大气压辉光放电实验中,不仅详细分析了电压、频率对辉光放电产生的影响因素,还简要分析了工作气体、介质性质和极板间距对产生辉光放电的作用规律。在同轴电极的辉光放电等离子体实验中,详细讨论了电压、流速、频率等因素对等离子体喷焰产生效果的影响。总结出了有利于辉光放电等离子体产生的放电条件。最后利用两种电极结构产生的等离子体分别进行了杀菌实验,验证了辉光放电等离子体灭菌的有效性,并总结出一些有关辉光放电等离子体灭菌的初步规律。

【Abstract】 Atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma technology has a broad application prospects. This paper studies the atmospheric pressure glow discharge plasma formation characteristics and summarizes the formation methods of stable glow discharge at atmospheric pressure. We also studied the characteristics of plasma sterilization of glow discharge at atmospheric pressure, to provide a theoretical basis of the application on sterilization.We first designed a high-frequency high-voltage power source for dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) under atmospheric pressure. Then use this power to conduct parallel plate structure and coaxial electrode structure of the dielectric barrier glow discharge experiment.In the parallel plate electrode experiment, not only the impact from the power voltage and frequency to glow discharge is detailed analyzed , but we also briefly discussed how the working gas, the barrier characteristic , and the gap distance between the plate electrodes impacts the atmospheric pressure glow discharge.In the Coaxial electrode experiment, we discussed voltage, flow rate, frequency and other factors which have an effect impact on plasma puff. Summed up the conditions favorable for APGD.Finally we used the two electrode structure of the plasma to carry out the sterilization experiments. Verified the effectiveness of glow discharge plasma sterilization. Summarized some preliminary laws of glow discharge plasma on sterilization.
