地铁隧道施工期非饱和土体沉降变形的注浆加固控制技术研究

【摘要】 本文依托北京地铁十号线工程建设,通过实地取样、室内直接剪切和压缩试验、电镜扫描(SEM)等方法研究了粘土、粉土和砂土的微观结构和力学性质,对比分析了注浆加固前后土体的微观结构和力学性质的差异性,探讨了非饱和土体注浆加固机理,研究了所选注浆材料对土体的微观结构和力学性质的影响,并将其相关指标应用到计算模型的参数取值中。结合以上研究成果和现场勘察调研资料,利用三维有限差分软件FLAC3D建立了反映地层实际分布状况的数值分析模型,并将数值分析结果与地表沉降实际监测数据进行对比,来评价注浆效果。

【Abstract】 This text depend on subway 10 line in beijing engineering construction, pass sampling at field、interior triaxial test and electron scanning to study microstructure and mechanical of clay、silty clay and sand clay, contrast analyse variant property of soil microstructure and mechanical in injecte reinforcement fore and after, research unsaturated soil injecte reinforcement mechanics,study effect of soil microstructure and mechanical through injected material. and apply to its related data to calculation mode’s numberical value. Finally, combine previous research findings and exploration research date at field,and make use of three-dimensional limited difference software flac3d established to reflect formation actual distributing statu’s numeric analysis model,to evaluate the quality of the inject result.
